And it's only 9 pm. I can't deal with this. I feel like I might break the law.

Actually they got up early. The boom boom boom zombie chanting is going on and I'm so tired. Just so tired. Hopeless. I have to move and I have zero money for it.

I get anxious for no apparent reason and I try to get my mind involved in something. It seems when my mind is idle, it goes off and does it's own thing.
Thanks for this!

I don't really know what they do, they seem to party every hour of every day. I'd get bored of that after an hour. Thanks for your sympathy! I appreciate that you get how disturbing it is.

Very anxious today. Crying a lot, woke up feeling very frightened and no appetite. I just can't eat when I am this stressed and that is one of the hardest things to deal with for me when anxiety hits.

Had some anxiety driving in traffic to go see a movie-bleh internalized it didn't want to spoil the day for anyone else-had it periodically throughout the day & it's kind of hovering around my stomach area right now-I feel kinda tense & just crappy for no good reason. Having these PTSD stress dreams about my ex & the horrible conditions we lived in-wish I could erase that from my mind. I hate how things from the past fuel my anxiety-makes me want to break plates or something.

Had a lot of anxiety this evening, but worked through it by challenging my thoughts with more logical ones and using relaxation techniques

Had a nearly full blown panic attack riding in the car last night-the traffic really freaks me out sometimes especially at night. I was actually crying at one point-closed my eyes & did some deep breathing til it passed. I hate feeling like that.

I had quite a bit of anxiety today, mostly because of getting back into a different routine after a vacation, going back to large crowds of people. Trouble sleeping last night. Generally calm now, however. (I'm new here, by the way, so, hi!)
