I don’t know. My stomach is all up in knots and I can’t eat much more then 1,150 calories a day. I’ve lost about 10 pounds since coming back from vacation on Labor Day. My doctor put me on topamax and on Xanax and I think the topamax is cancelling the Xanax out but I like the fact I’m losing weight so I feel like the anxiety is manageable. Maybe it really isn’t even anxiety but just stomach issues from topamax. I’ve heard other people say that can do a number on your stomach.

My anxiety is and has been something terrible for a few months. I am seeing a psychiatrist on Tuesday. My mind is convincing me that some friends that have been suggesting this help for a bit will be walking away as soon as I get this help. I know it is probably just my head and not really gonna happen but it doesn't help me to get it to stop. Ugh! Anxiety is horrible when it feels like it is bordering on paranoia and it's happening a lot lately.

I just have to admit it to myself. My SAD has started. I’m depressed, anxious, constantly freezing. Plus the weather is cold, cloudy, and rainy. I guess it’s time to start using the light box. This is about the time it starts anyways. So I shouldn’t be surprised.

It will get better around the middle of November and be ok until December 28th and then be terrible until mid March.

Then mid March until October it’s like “what does depression feel like?”

Xanax takes care of the anxiety just fine it’s the other symptoms that are hard.

I'm feeling less anxious than usual even with less Xanax. My sleep schedule has been terrible though.

My anxiety was kind of bad around 1 this afternoon I think because of the large iced tea I had at noon.

I don't think I've ever checked in here before. I have bad anxiety most days. Just can't sleep or relax. I'm going to try and get valium when I see my doc next week. I used to have it.

anxious day. i have to cook a chicken meal that was too salty last time. Just do less salt you say?? well, yes, but there are too many other variables that I could still mess up on. And now I wait for the chicken to thaw, trying to delay or eliminate my anxiety. Sigh

My anxiety is usually off the charts but it’s been okay the last week or so. I don’t know if it’s the Xanax, magnesium threonate or the exercise but I hope it lasts.

Best wishes to all.

I’m kind of anxious about work tomorrow. The new manager might be there. The weekend is the only time I actually deal with the other managers since mine is off. I wish another one was working besides the new one. I guess it won’t be my fault if the back is a complete mess when I get there. I just worry.

had a little anxiety this morning, but it's gone now because I'm not doing anything. My husband will help with the cooking today, so that will help keep it off. Unfortunately, I usually start to worry about what I'm going to do the next day or week. Sigh! I need a routine and I'm struggling to make that work. I'm still awaiting the day that things get easier.

The anxiety wasn’t too bad today. The new manager was there today but the only interaction I had all day with him was when he let me in the door this morning. I hope if I just blend in he won’t really notice me.

But there wasn’t really too much anxiety otherwise today.

I'm thinking to get back to meditation for my anxiety and better concentration. unfortunately, I can't set up the daily time yet, so I might do it every week instead.

Had a 3 hour series of severe panic attacks last night. 2mg Ativan helped.

I had a huge panic a week before this. I'm afraid when I go to work today that I'm going to have another one..

We are getting a new female coworker in my department. I am worried she will be like that one that I had issues with who quit. I’m hoping this new one will be in her 40’s or 50’s. The thing with that old coworker is that she was under the influence of alcohol (this was a known fact) and most likely drugs. So that’s probably why she was acting so weird and inappropriate.

I’m just anxious about this new coworker.
