Anxiety Daily Check-In point #7

I have very little anxiety this morning.

I had bad anxiety and panic attacks yesterday. Today my anxiety was okay but tonight it’s kicking back up.

I needed to go to the market today. It was really difficult. I have kind of a routine/mode of operations that I use to get myself through times like this. When I'm shopping for certain items in a particular aisle & someone else is in that aisle, I either pretend that I'm looking at something of interest until they leave, or I move to a different aisle. It's pretty time-consuming until I can finally get out of there, & I'm so glad that ordeal is overwith. So by the time I was done today, I felt very releived. So glad to be at my place again & feel safe.

I have some anxiety tonight.

I have a little anxiety. Last Friday I finished all my projects early, so I don't have any work to do today. I'm anxious if I could be laid-off due to downsizing during pandemic.

I have a lot of anxiety this morning. And it's over silly stuff. In context, it's not really silly. I guess I'm just beating myself up for not being perfect.

I want to take a shower today and I'm anxious about it. I'm not sure why. I have my shower chair. I know once I get in, I'll be fine. It's just trying to get over that first hurdle.

I didn’t realize how checked out I become when I take a Xanax. People can tell when I’ve just taken one because I get confused and spacey. I have been told not to take them before therapy. Luckily my Pdoc appointment was cancelled which annoyed me but I took a Xanax an hour ago and I’m still pretty sedated.

At the moment, I am experiencing zero anxiety. I was anxious for a while, but very much relieved now.

I am calm today. My buspar is really helping me.

I am feeling some anxiety this morning.

I am wondering if I am going to get something in time for christmas day.

It’s honestly not as bad as it has been lately. I’ve had a couple Xanax and a lot of water though. I had coffee today and for some reason my anxiety is less when I drink coffee. And I have no idea how that’s possible. I also sleep better too.

I'm very anxious. There's been an explosion in a nearby city and the phone service including 911 is down. I guess I feel cut off today. I'm not able to talk to my mom like I wanted. I don't know when the service will be restored. My half-sister is supposed to call later. And worst of all, I was trying to get information from my vet about my cat. If an emergency came up, I have no way to call for help. That is really bothering me. I guess I will try to ground myself. There's nothing I can do but wait.

I made it through Christmas without anxiety. Major progress. Some anxiety today about COVID.

My anxiety has been much better than last year. I have not had a single attack (well there is pandemic happening) but I've kept myself from things, places and scenarios that make me most uncomfortable.
