My anxiety is bad today. I’m trying just to focus on what I can control and try not to worry about what I can’t. Basically I’m super nervous about group but I know it’s helping me. The group part is kinda blah. I am learning new things but the once a week meetings with my Pdoc and case manager are what I think will be the most helpful.

I had a panic attack early this morning

difficult night... well sort of, someone went missing and the police had to check all the houses.. including mine.

My anxiety was bad today. I’ve taken 1.5 milligrams of Xanax. Haven’t eaten much though. I can’t tell why I’m so anxious although I guess it has a lot to do with my move and the program I’m in. I wish I had more one on one time during this program. I have groups but I can’t actually voice the concerns I want to. I see my case manager once a week but it’s not therapy. So I’m kinda out of luck. I have PC thankfully. I’m just not sure I am responding well to groups. I’m trying really hard though.

I was ok this morning but now I’m anxious. I just took 2 Xanax so hopefully they help. I talked to my case manager but it was mostly just a check in. She wants to talk to my regular therapist about things. I hope they don’t decide to switch me to someone else because that will absolutely crush me

I’m doing better today. I still have that anxiety but I need to tweak some things that I know are causing issues. If I can do that, that would make things a lot easier.

This is the first time in a couple weeks I haven’t felt the need to take multiple Xanax. I actually haven’t even taken my maintenance one yet. My anxiety has been pretty low all day.
