Anxiety Daily Check-In point #7

My anxiety wasn’t bad until tonight. I took a Pepcid and I feel better. So maybe it wasn’t all anxiety.

I feel calm. I'm mainly tired and lonely.

My anxiety isn’t too bad today.

I feel such little energy, like an elephant sitting on me, the anxiety seems muffled. I'm going to try another cup of coffee to lift my mood.

Major episode today. Really getting sick of this! Taking a walk helped a little though. Hope tomorrow goes better.

No anxiety today. Just sadness.

I am for sure anxious today. I have a call into my Pdoc so he can fix my Xanax script so I’m taking 1 mil twice a day instead of the XR. He messed up as usual. But I’ve just been reading a lot today to keep my mind off things. I went to Target as soon as they opened which wasn’t bad. But I think my agoraphobia is getting bad because I’m scared to leave the house because more people are getting vaccinated in my state so more people can now go out safely. And I’m happy for these people but I still feel like I need to be careful.

Still amazes me how one can be exhausted & panicked at the same time. I would think they would cancel each other out. But nooooo. Sigh.

I was anxious this morning, but now I am fine.

I’m doing ok. Actually these last 2 days I’ve only taken 1.5 mil of Xanax total. Usually I take 2 mil a day. I’m trying really really hard to cut back.

This morning I was depressed & anxious, but later I started reading & learning about something I was interested in, & my depression & anxiety got better & went away.

I was anxious earlier but I'm okay now.

I know I have a lot of reasons to be anxious. With the new therapy appointment in half an hour and the realtor is here and my mom and her are talking about major things. I’ve already taken 1 mil of Xanax which of course isn’t doing anything. I drank an iced latte because I woke up at 4AM. So it was one of those “do I want to be super anxious or super tired” kind of days.

Thankfully the Covid news is so good or I’d be even more of a wreck.

The provoking part of the day is over. But my stomach hurts badly. Almost stomach bug like. So not sure how much of today was anxiety.

I'm just really stressed today.

It was a full day of nonstop anxiety but I took my night meds super early and I’m feeling much more relaxed. I also got a call from my pdocs office saying they are going to call in the 1mil twice a day Xanax. I thought there’d be a lot more back and forth like there usually is when he messes this kind of stuff up

It was tough with the XR. Made things worse for some reason. I had a ton of .5 but I’m almost done with those too. I had to take 2-3 a day in addition to the XR. 1mil twice a day works perfectly.

I'm feeling a little bit nervous right now.

I had some anxiety during my therapy session today.

My anxiety is ok today but I didn’t have any coffee and I took my meds at 5AM instead of 1AM. So that makes things easier. I made it to the stores without any difficulty. I was actually at ease going shopping for once. The bank was a bit nerve wracking but the lady was very nice and my mom did most of the talking. The lady called me “shy”

I'm calm this evening and I've had a good day. I've been keeping myself busy with relaxing projects.

I took my 2mil Xanax and my night meds. It’s still there. It’s Really bad. I’m not sure what else to do now but take a .5. But I’m running so low and I hope when I do run out I can get adjusted to the 2 mil. I don’t think I’d survive if I ever had to go off it. I know the Xanax is starting to affect my memory. I have a lot of Ativan from a couple years ago in case I need to taper off the Xanax. I honestly wish I’d never gone on it. I think the Ativan was ok I think I just had a bad week when he prescribed the Xanax for me.

I actually didn’t take the .5 Xanax last night even though I really wanted it. I just listened to music and used my sensory items and I was fine. I’ve been ok today too.

I'm really stressed and overwhelmed. So I guess my anxiety is pretty high.

My anxiety was bad today until I took my Geodon and laid down. Now it’s getting under control.
