I managed to go grocery shopping this morning. I didn’t have a long list which really helped. I was super anxious while driving, but that’s nothing new.

This is the worst anxiety I’ve had in 10 years. What makes it worse is I am in another state and I don’t have access to any of my doctors or my therapist. I feel like I’m heading for a break down right now while I’m on vacation that will go until Friday afternoon.

My anxiety is the worst right now. Again. And I’m kind of at a loss on what to do. I think I need to eat an actual meal but my stomach hurts too much. I’ve had all my Valium. I can’t take any of my other meds for another 45 minutes at the least. My therapist can’t help me out. Honestly at this point I’m wondering if I need IP. Although I’ve thought many times since March 2020 that I needed IP and I’ve always been able to push through. Except when forced to go for an assessment for going too far late last year.

I personally think at this exact moment it was the protein peanut butter cups I ate. They are technically a dietary supplement and I have no idea if they interfere with anything I take or are just supposed to make me feel crappy since I’m not eating them after working out. But I think my stomach legit does hurt.

Ok so I just took a couple of my non benzo meds and now as long as I don’t think of food my anxiety is ok.

I am slightly anxious about a call I am meant to be getting tomorrow from, well, someone who I don't really like talking to

that being said, last time we spoke, I reminded her that I know more about my life than she does, and she should let me finish before spouting ****

not sure how much of that she listened to (even if any of it), but I guess I'll find out tomorrow

My 2nd post here. Usually I'm in the depression forums. Persistent depressive disorder is what I identify with. Currently, though, I think anxiety better describes my state of mind.

My anxiety has been off and on all day. But it’s been better then usual. I went to Target which made me a bit nervous. And I’ve had all 3 of my Valium but I haven’t had to double up at all. My therapist was able to fit me in for tomorrow which I’m really grateful for. Then I got a gynecologist this afternoon and an appointment on Wednesday so I can deal with this hysterectomy issue that according to other ftm people saved their mental health. I had my weighted vest on earlier for about an hour. Then I took it off for a few hours and now I’m wearing it and using my burrito blanket and I feel better. I also had half my night meds including my 3rd Valium.

So I guess the therapy session, the Valium, the weighted vest, and getting the doctors set up made my anxiety more manageable then it normally is. Also the increase in Geodon and lamictal were really ****ing with me. Especially the increase in lamictal. I’m glad I went down on it. I should be PMSing right now but this is the most mild PMS I’ve had all year.

I also just now got a new primary who can prescribe my injections. I see him on Thursday. Now I feel like I have an actual support team.

I had a medical procedure today. I was calm before I left the house, so that is progress. I am calm now.
