When you do, are u watching them on silent while doing a million other things, controlled by voices?> or watching them and feeling as if each character is genuinely a person closely involved in your life, not at all metaphorically??

Also.. sometimes in situations which bring e anxiety people think the total opposite of me... all the while I am thinking profoundly inappropriate thoughts. Now I can say hey I am not insane right now. Its ok bc they are not violent

an abrupt/cut off/ form of what you are speaking of. i.e. if you feel those thoughts about yourself they can become jumbled and unclear, like not imagining an inbeytween the idea(purpose) and end(imaginary funeral)-- I believe this is to protect you.. your brain being on overload.
