Does this sound manic?

I asked bc when I get hypo manic I have a lot of trouble eating and it exacerbates my symptoms. that's all idk get some rocky road dammit. yeah. distract yourself. you will get a million opinions. who cares listen to yourself, you are going to anyway. connection is good with people via a source who aren't judging you. do what you feel like doing. and listen to what you feel like. we all end up some where. head up

good stuff. we are in fact animals. eat well, sleep, have moderate sex, and dwelling(aka) roof over the head! These are our primary needs. when they aren't met you cant move up in the pyramid no matter the fluctuation or appeal of pretending to be functional and in control. meet these needs. its especially important for people like us. pay attention to them and your brain will reward you.

im glad you feel refreshed. its amazing what a shower can do. get in a cozy robe, I suggest reading quotes by mark twain, they are awesome! love them as much as eddie murphy doing stand up in the 80's. but mark twain. perfect for u right now. and light a pumpkin candle or something. breathe in some fall. I think if you just give yourself some real lovin' you can stay in hypomania, and then get the anxiety meds you may need right now or whatever to calm you. its all here say. they work for me. when I start getting all jacked I have a prescription for vistaril. its a histamine, hypnotic tranquilizing, antipshycotic. others on this forum will probably say its bs or doesn't work. its worked wonders for me-- when I feel panic flight racy etc I take one. then I forget it even happened. non additive. small doses. when ya need it. talk to doc about it. as I said u will get lots of opinions take from them what resonates. and relax. youre ok. and youre gonna be ok.

Are you currently having violent thoughts and how vivid are they? Can you pack a suitcase tonight and put it in the car so that right after your call you can go to psych ER?
Can someone take the call for you? can you go sit in pdoc office?

Hmm, but which one?

This "topic" should be talked about the line between super depressed / depressed / baseline / hypomanic / manic is difficult to tell for most of us. Did you prepare for the psych ER?

I have the printouts and a list of the meds I take. Still waiting for my important phone call.

Pdoc is supposedly calling me back soon. We will see. I'm at Starbucks. My other phone call is late.

Im at psych er. They want me inpatient. If there are computers there i can update you. I dont jnow whay hospital im going to.

Inpatient is good. Is hard, but will be good. A week there can do wonders. Even just to relax ur mind. I hope it all happens soon, and there isn't much more waiting.

I went last year. It was ok. I just am unsure about another hospital. Im so damned bored here!!

Plus i need sleep. I feel likr its 3 am not pm.
