It was good to get out of the house and go to art group. I've lost 5 more lbs woohoo! So that's 27 lbs in about 5 months. Lowering the zyprexa is what's doing I just eat way less. 11. More lbs to go then I'll have all the zyprexa weight off. Then I have to work on the seroquel weight. I'm getting there...

Slept two hours on Geodon after doing the 500 cal thing. Took all my other meds per usual. As to Geodon...what the what, lol. Usually knocks me out for 10-12 hours.

I am leaving for a trip on Saturday so maybe it's making me hypomanic. As long as it doesn't turn into mania, I'm good. I have a med backup plan in case I become manic. Plus, I can call my pdoc anytime if I get really high.

Right after I made my post about things feeling good, my German Sheperd decided to jump THROUGH my screened in porch to chase a cat. She ripped her leg open bad... More blood than I've ever seen. Took her to the emergency pet hospital and learned she did a number on herself and needs some minor surgery. Good news, she'll be ok. My nerves went through the roof for awhile, but thankfully she will be okay, so my nerves are calming down. I love that stupid dog.... So glad she didn't hurt herself worse.... And I'm also glad she didn't catch the cat.

Today wasn't a bad day, went to my DBT group, that was fun, found out I didn't have a therapy appointment when I thought I did, oh well I have one for sure next week. But being a bit hard on myself for not paying attention and making a mistake, how my mind works to be honest. Went over to my Dads for dinner, we had grilled pizza, it was good. Now just relaxing after.a.shower, In bed and listening to music until I get tired enough to fall asleep.

Felt pretty calm today better on a lower dose of meds, just lots of stress and anxiety from drowning in medical bills.

Just got back from my trip for my grandfather's funeral.

Whew... what awful jet lag! I had a 5-hour layover in JFK to BOS!

You know, it's funny... It's cheaper for us to get a limo than it is to park at Boston-Logan airport for 1 week, so the limo drove us home. Round trip was $100. Parking is $48 a day for the first 2 days, then $24 everyday thereafter. Rip off!

Edit: There is economy parking, but that's complete s***. There's a shuttle that goes every 30 minutes and it takes 10 minutes to get there, but who wants to deal with that hassle? Limo all the way!

Saw my pdoc yesterday and he confirmed I do indeed have Bipolar despite what he said on my discharge summary a few weeks ago. This was a relief in it being re-confirmed as I knew I had it, as did my T. I don't have to worry about having a pdoc that is not on the ball. Kind of helped me not second guess myself. Still I would rather not have it but I won't fight it anymore. Just accept what is and work with it. He also agreed to reduce some of my medications as I felt over-medicated. Another positive.

So things are ok, situation-wise, right? Yesterday unmotivated, but so what, right?
Today, wake up and it's like breathing is a pointless chore. And I just can't muster giving a ****.

Reason? No reason.
Thanks BP.

Still feeling a bit better once I get up and get moving, I'm struggling with that part but I did make it in to work, I've been late every day this week, last week I didn't make it in at all so I guess it's progress

Fighting with myself. I want to keep on doing what I want instead of what I must. Can't allow myself to do that.

Was up late last night. I picked Kida (my German Sheperd) up from emergency surgery at midnight last night. She was groggy and crying, in pain but all patched up. She severed tendons and really did a number on herself. $700.00 and a cone-head later, she's resting comfortably at home. I just gave her some pain meds as it's easy to see she's in pain. Poor girl. My head is pounding today, my neck hurts so bad..... From the stress of the night I'm sure. So much tension and panic yesterday. I'm glad it's all worked out. I plan to rest today...take it easy. I'm going to do my best to eat good foods and drink lots of water.

For some reason, soda has started to make me throw up. (Well, this is as of 1 month ago.) I tried soda again, but the same thing happened. It's because of the carbonation. I don't know why this happens, but I don't drink soda that much in general... maybe once or twice a month? Feeling a bit sucky.

I'm also irritated that my family keeps eating my healthy, organic food. (They just grab whatever they see on the shelf in the pantry.)

I bought it for myself the other day because I'm trying to eat very healthy again. (They don't buy organic stuff. They eat loads of processed foods.) From now on, I'm going to buy organic things that they think are nasty! Muahahahaha. Gluten-free foods should do it.

Why do people throw their trash on the ground? It makes me so angry.

What is wrong with people???

Yeah, that gets me, too.

I'm not feeling well today and I have a job interview this afternoon, then making a weekend trip to the in-laws' and the aquarium. This will be brutal. Can I just go back to bed?

Hum. Hum hum.
I've been on this rollercoaster this week and this weekend my fella is going out of town and I'm going to be left to my own devices and my therapist thinks I should call my doctor and my therapist told me he is leaving his practice and I'm freaking out so hard because he is the only person I trust and I'm spinning around in circles and I keep forgetting what I'm doing and who am I going to talk to and tell everything to and I'm at work and in hot all over my body and cold and floaty and I just want to scream and break plates and this weekend should be good but my boyfriend is worried about me and it isn't unwarranted and what do I do at the end of the party when I am also be with these wild feelings and aye aye aye aye aye.

Breathing exercises. Work. Focus. Run run run run awayyyyyyy
