Well... got my as needed meds.

However, mother is pissed!

Mother: Everyone has anxiety. They just deal with it. You should be able to deal with it without meds.

She can tell my doctor that.

Slow start this morning. Feeling rather rough. Daughter just came in and told me she's failing her math class. She has memory issues and can't remember things closed-book. She also has depression and anxiety, so that may be a factor. I told her she needs to talk to disability services at her college and get accommodations. It's hard when your kid is trying so hard but just can't do things.

Are you able to get your stereo fixed? (am I right, I recall that was why you have no music) I feel for you. Without music my world be stale and cold.

Apparently I have akasthisia from my new meds. The doctor says its treatable without changing my meds.

Oh. Akathisia is awful.

I hope you're able to get relief from it soon. Nothing works for me to help it (even 3mg of cogentin), but I know a lot of other people get help.

(Screams) it took all morning and until afternoon to disconnect service from four places! The first place wasn't so bad, just stressful. I hate dealing with automatic stuff.

The second, the utility company was a nightmare. I used my cation phone first but because I was on hold for sooooooo long the captions stopped working. So next I spent a half hour trying to register for their online accounts. So then I tried their contact us option, it said it might take up to three business days to get back to me....then I got an email that gave me a 14 long number I would need to confirm it was me and it also said it could be 5 business days! So I used the old fashioned TTYs and was put on hold again but ultimately got though. It's a good thing the utility comp is a monopoly or no one would do business with them!

I learned from that and just used the TTYs for the rest. What a pain. Still have to swing by the post office to change the address there. ....oh Medicade too.

What else do I need to do? ( pulls hair)

Stayed home today, gave into my head, but I'm not gonna let myself get caught up in this. I'll be back on track tomorrow. I have to call in after 6 about jury duty for tomorrow, seems like there is nothing going on there this week which is fine

I'm in Poland and I don't like Polish food.

I ordered some schnitzel and it tasted horrible (almost made me gag), so I barely ate anything.

Maybe it was just the restaurant that was horrible, but I felt like I was going to throw up while I was eating it! Never have I felt that way about food before! I just hope the schnitzel was actually cooked right and not old.

Otherwise, doing okay mood wise. I just can't sleep because it sounds like there's a lawn mower outside.

Doing okay, saw T and treated myself to a nice lunch. Felt kinda good today. Wrote on my blog and its been a while. Talked to a friend and cried. Felt so good to cry. I haven't in so long. I have this emptiness feeling I can't seem to shake.

Been continuing to do well. Started a new med last night (gabapentin) and had a bit of funny side effect starting out the day. It faded as the day progressed. That was fine.

After work, I was going to make just one stop -- to pick up my Lamictal. The pharmacy door was partially open and someone appeared to be working on it or something. I noticed a sign indicating they'd be closed due to unforeseen circumstances. It didn't totally register. One of the guys who works there came to the door to explain the closure. They'd been robbed at gunpoint!!! (just a few hours earlier) (Yes, the same place that just lost an employee to murder last month.) Yikes. Fortunately, no one got hurt (physically, anyway). It's just so unsettling when things like that happen to people you "know".

Just kicking back tonight, watching dvds.

I had an experience.

I was laying on the driveway, staring up at the stars. Beautiful night, warm breeze. I closed my eyes and could feel myself becoming one with the breeze and everything around me, and when I opened my eyes the entire sky was vibrating, and the stars were moving all over the place. It was a total star show! It was beautiful. And then this sort of wispy black beam came down right next to me, which was a little scary, and then all these other wispy black things started coming out of the sky.

It was amazing. Had to share.

Oh no... And I just got some auditory. Voices, but I couldn't understand what they were saying. It sounded like when you walk into a room and there's all these people talking at once. Fuuuuuck.

my ear ache (that lasted a while) is finally gone, i knew it would go by itself- yay

was triggered today by the mention of fire (1 of my biggist triggers) and i've found it very hard to cope with- even lost some time earlier.

but here i am... it's the afternoon and i'm overeating....

yesterday i made the mistake of eating too much pizza, and felt sick all night (thankfully today that feelings gone), but i never learn my lesson..
