I don't know. I think it became legal at least medically recently but haven't seen anything that confirms that. Sometime this year though I think.

Have you ever gone to a mental health drop in center?

I don't watch the news. Not even the weather. It's all man made.

Your favorite painting?.

Never been to a mental health drop in center. My area doesn't have one.

My favorite painting is one my husband's childhood friend gave us for our wedding. He's a painter. His son is actually a very famous young modern painter. He once offered to draw me and I refused. Stupid me. I can't think of a favorite museum painting. I like many.

What is your usual best time of year mood-wise?

Don’t think I have one. My Bipolar is pretty random.

Does music feel enhanced, more vibrant to you when hypo/manic

Yes. When I’m manic I have to sit on my hands to stop myself from conducting to the music in my head.

Q: does anyone else fantasise about moving far, far away from doctors etc?
I fantasise about moving to the outback (AUS), an island off Iceland which has only one building on it, or off-grid in Alaska.

No, actually I'm quite attached to them, especially my psychiatrist. My husband wants to move overseas, but that frightens me.

What or who is your greatest comfort?

my greatest comfort is someone taking my hand, and massaging slowly up and down.

I find it so calming and relaxing.
question:

if you don't have any pets at home, why not?

I get mixed. I get manic when it is too sunny but depressed because I have heat intolerance from meds. So I feel trapped inside and lonely but agitated and unable to do much about it.

What are your favorite distractions?

I do not watch or read the news in any form. I couldn't even tell you the names of the party presidents. Bad news? I see it in the mirror or when I open my pillbox. Its a trigger I stay away from.

Can you maintain (have the energy) for more than one friendship?

No specific plans yet.
Plenty of concert tickets though!

Do you have a favorite type of music?

Kristen Bell? I don't really know many actresses but I enjoy watching her on talk show clips. She seems genuine. I'm just not sure I've seen her act in much.

Do you take all your pill bottles when you travel or just pill boxes?

Doberman. Althought I have a daushound that has biten 11 people. My Dobermans never did this. The beast is fearless. Fights much bigger dogs and mostly win all the time.
He turn 'em into submision. Intead of Whiskey, he should be called Lion Heart.

How much time you spend in the social media.

call a friend who just got out of hospital.

what activity, if any, have you tried- and found that actually you didn't like it and you would never do it again?
