tomorrow is the day I get my moving date.
emotions are everywhere... trying to hold it together, but failing miserably.

ah well.. the good that came out of today is that I started a brand new tv series called a place to call home.

I'm okay with it... some of it was a little triggering and I had to look away, but It's not beaten me yet

My moms sister died today.
They were very close. She had been suffering from shakes and she was a very frail 81 year old. My Mom and Dad found her on the floor this afternoon and called all of us. She will be missed sorely. My mother is devastated.
I think she is to be cremated and asked that there be no services.
Not sure when/if to go.

Sorry to read of your loss bizi

Hugs to everyone struggling

I’ve had 3 good days in a row, hoping today will be number 4 and things will continue to improve. Going to attempt yet again, to get off the sleeping pills. I give it a week as that’s as long as I can deal with crap sleep.

I have been drinking nothing but tea in the evenings.
Not even snacking.
I can't tell that I have lost weight really. It will take a significant amount of weight loss for me to really notice.
I have to say that I am very happy looking at the scale!!!!
With all of this tea that I am drinking. The weight loss must be real.
I drink tea with caffeine in the morning then herbal tea at night. I use stevia to sweeten the tea. It doesn't really taste that different then one brand over the other because I use toffee flavored stevia. So really I should just buy the cheapest brand. It is not expensive $2-$4 for 18 tea bags.
shoot that is nothing compared to the beers I was drinking at whole foods $6-7 a pint and 300 calories vs. none.
Not drinking is definitely contributing to my ability to lose this weight.

Have a great day yall!

Doing pretty good. Off work for the holiday. We had snow last night. Got car cleaned off and got gas, supposed to be supper cold again the next few days so now I don't have to pump gas in 30 below temps.

Didn't gamble this weekend!!

My son in law worked another eight hours nonstop placing in a new floor. He put to work his wife and my daughter on this project. Now after work, he will be at my home finishing the project up. He has worked so hard that he is exhausted with a back that hurts allot. I just do not know what to say or do. I never have been treated so well by anyone.

Fighting depression. Feeling paralyzed. No motivation/energy. Fatigued. Have tasks with deadlines which need immediate attention. Trying to give them the attention they need.

I hope everyone else is having a good day!

That's so good of him! You deserve something good. Maybe treat him out to a meal?

I have been taking him and his wife out for meals. So far I have taken him to a steak house and a ribs place. This is costing me money, but it is the least J can do for him. He has been very good to me lately. I just feel a little guilty.

Sorry for your loss bizi.

Hugs to those that need them.

Rather crappy start to the week. Daughter's boyfriend's bearded dragon died this morning. He was 10 years old, so had a pretty good run. Boyfriend, though, was very upset as he felt that he couldn't do anything more for him. He went to work early and we think that would be best for him. We've been doing our best to console him and let our daughter talk as well.

Other than that, making muffins and shoveling the driveway from the snow drifts--no, hasn't been a quiet day. I'm going to take a shower and make dinner, then I'm going to collapse. Have aqua therapy tomorrow, but it's not an actual appointment so I may not go.
I've been having a headache and been sweating profusely.

Still, I'm relatively calm and that's good.

9:20am. Still wondering around in a dressing gown. I need to have a shower but don’t want to. I know if I get dressed I won’t have one.
I’m feeling motivated regarding everything else. Why is having a shower so hard?

I've been sleeping most of the day away, which isn't good but I feel exhausted and I have a raging headache. Not quite a migraine though, thank goodness!! But that's because I decided to have a drink for the first time in months last night (I'm not much of a drinker, and have had issues w/ alcohol in the past) so I've decided not to drink anything at all again. I despise that I can't do "normal" people things :/

@Pookyl I have the same issue when I'm in a depressive episode, it's a common issue for me from what I've noticed. I usually have to push myself to shower even when my motivation is out the window. It seems like a huge task at the time, but I end up feeling a bit better after a shower so I know it's worth it. LOL. Keep pushing, it will get a bit easier

Hey All, hope everybody is doing well.
Me, right now, I am really not okay.
I guess it’s been quite an exhausting, angst ridden week on this side of the fence.
Have a good week everyone.
