You're in my Thoughts and Prayers, @spikes! I am DEEPLY SORRY for what you're going through I hope things will start to improve soon for you. Please be kind to yourself. I'm REALLY HAPPY that you're still with us and still writing here. Definitely try to help yourself in any way you can. I understand it's hard! Have you already tried buying a punching bag? That can help sometimes. Please be kind to yourself and keep writing here if it helps! Feel free to PM me ANYTIME if you need Advice and Support! I'm SURE that EVERYONE here will gladly listen to what you have to say and help you out IN ANY WAY THEY POSSIBLY CAN as well! Sending many safe, warm hugs to You, @spikes, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking as much as you possibly can like you're already wonderfully doing all and entirely by yourself! PLEASE DO KEEP FIGHTING AND PLEASE DO KEEP ROCKING!

You're not alone. I've been raging like a madman. I quit smoking cigarettes 8 months ago and have been experiencing rage since. I smoked so I wouldn't be so nasty but it started killing me fast. I talk **** to everyone. No one messes with me because it's obvious I've got a screw loose.
This is leading to my feelings of worthlessness. __________________ I've been coming to Psych Central since I found it in 2010. I love all of you that use this forum. You've saved my life many times. Thank you!

(sorry about the ''bump'' I hope nobody minds. I don't necessarily agree with all that DBT teaches (not that I've read much of it) but this is much more helpful to me than all the meds I have been allergic to which make me feel that my body is betraying me I also don't cry much __________________ |

I've had many severe problems with rage. The only tool that has worked for me to be calmer is an AP. Maybe Zyprexa isn't the best med for you - or maybe you can take it regularly to create a stable blood level?
