I can certainly say that increases and decreases of my XR of even just 50 mg make a huge difference in my situation, usually.

I hope that your daytime fatigue will help with your nighttime sleep tonight.

I worked quite a lot on the project. The work is very interesting, but it is tiring and I actually feel a little sore in my back, though that could also be due partly to the time of month.
Hi!

I was on 50mg for the past 3 weeks. I have dropped to 25mg.
Thanks for your concern.

So glad the project has gone well!
Sorry about your back pain. I hope you feel much better soon. ;hug:

Hi Bizi!

I have never had any luck with melatonin. I'd think the atarax alone might do the trick!? thanks! i will ask my pdoc about using atarax.

it's great to have you on this thread!

I came down to the pool this morning at 8:30 A.M. to enjoy the last day. I’m still here. The person who cares for the pool said she’s keeping it open one more week because it will be cloudless, sunny days and 98F next week. Best.news.this.week. I’ll be down here again tomorrow at 8:30. I’ve lost interest in most things but this. Color me happy.

Warm wishes to all for a peaceful week ahead and hugs to those that are struggling.

I need my sleep! I can see I will quickly start feeling overwhelmed if I get too tired. I just cannot afford down time right now. I have so much going on in my life!

I am feeling exhausted. I am dozing off for 2-20 seconds at a time; yet, cannot sleep any longer than that. I hope to get some sleep tonight.

I hope everyone is well and will have a peaceful, restful night!

I feel so bad for you. I get so bad with my insomnia over the years I would get Micro bursts of sleep, I’d literally lose time and wasn’t aware I was truly dozing off as in my chin would be in my chest while I was standing up.

Can you split a 25 in half and give yourself another step down instead of dropping full 25mg ?

I so worry about your lack of restorative sleep you desperately need to function and get some many tasks done efficiently

Hugs my dear friend

I’m so glad your getting an xtra week of pool time !!! Honestly it should stay open until the temps truly turn into Fall !

When I lived in Florida the only time I rented an apartment I made sure it had a pool , it was open year round as we would not get a few cooler days a year anyway.

I was okay with the first shot. Just a little pain at the injection site.

I still didn’t sleep well but found the muscle relaxer helped with some of the pain so I was able to get some stuff done.

I’m dropping off the jury duty form off for the pnurse tomorrow morning, so will see what happens after that.

I know of several people who felt terrible with the 2nd shot.

I hope you get out of jury duty!

Hi!

Thanks for your concern.

I had tapered down from 100mg. I had been at 50mg for 3 weeks. I am now at 25mg. I am not sleeping at 25mg, yet.

Yes, I drift off like that, for seconds at a time, when so tired..

I hope you are feeling better!

Why is it that I was drowsy all day, but the minute I took my meds and laid down, all the tiredness disappeared? wtf.

I hope I can sleep because I'm planning on driving into work tomorrow around 4:30am ish. It's now almost 8:05pm. Ugh. I normally need like 10+ hrs of sleep a night. This ain't looking too pretty right now.

I hope everyone else has a good night. I wish I had something to knock me out with!

So many people suffering with insomnia... Lots of It's such a pain.

I've been sleeping, BUT I've had too many late nights out (4 in a row, not home before midnight on any of them ) Last night I went dancing. Tonight I am heading straight home from work, maybe even straight into jammies, lol! I am SO tired.

Things are going well. Had a productive day at work, which was nice because I've kind of been spinning my wheels the last couple days with p.i.t.a. projects.

Lots of good thoughts for all who are struggling. You're all in my thoughts.

Today I met a goal that has literally been 20 years in the making. I went to church. My therapist and I have been working on finding a Bible study group for months and I've not had the courage. But this new church started today in my town (which has few opportunities) and so I went and I liked it. I am so proud of myself and can't wait to give my therapits a bag to open tomorrow with the items proving I went inside. He may faint. After 14 years it is hard to surprise him but this time I am absolutely certain that I will.

Sometimes mild hypo is a good thing

I have a migraine, and I'm pretty sure it is stress-induced. I really find myself slipping. Depression and anxiety are becoming hard to manage. I;ve been trying, I really have. I have been doing yoga, self-help videos. But I am starting to feel helpless. I've been thinking about FMLA. I quit my job last winter and took a few months off from working due to experiencing an episode. I started back up working again a few months again, but I'm beginning to feel the same way. Not sure what to do. I did feel better after taking a break, since I was just off for nearly 2 weeks due to mental health concerns. It really comes down to the fact that it just bought me time.

I’m sorry your struggling. Are you working with your Pdoc? Maybe a Med tweak is needed or maybe a temporary add on to get you more stability?

Be kind to yourself

Congrats, BeyondtheRainbow! I'm glad you not only made it to the church, but even enjoyed it, to boot.

xRavenx, I'm sorry that the Latuda didn't help as much as you hoped. I'm sorry that you've been struggling back at work. It seems like you are considering your situation seriously. Do you have people that can help with this decision. I don't mean make it for you, but give feedback that would help you make the decision. I hope your migraine goes away soon. I know them well.
