Well I slept, I don't know for how long but I did get some sleep last night. I know cause a woman was driving a boat with a paralyzed man in it. I can't remember very clearly cause I had to jump up and get the litter box cleaned out as it is garbage day. Usually I take it out the night before but yesterday I was so tired I changed back into my pjs early. So no laying about this morning reflecting on the werid dreams.

Ever since I've quit Abilify I wake up briefly at 12 am then at 2 am before falling back to sleep. This happens with or without Thorazine, I hope to regain my sleep before I took Abilify (which is notorious for insomnia)

Looks like things aren't better yet. I've been sleeping a total of 4 hours in two 2 hour shifts. I'm so tired.

Yay for sleep !!! Why not tell them you want help to focus on finding a way that your sleep is improved before you jump right into ECT.

I did talk with T about some strategies for improving sleep but her and pdoc are pretty insistent that ECT will bring me out of my manic episode. I'm going to have one ECT tomorrow and be done with it (I hope). I hope all goes well this time (it's always an ordeal - starting with the fact that it's nearly impossible to start an IV on me.
Thanks for this!

I got a total of 5 hours: 3.5 hours in one stretch and 1.5 in the second shift. The two shifts were about 4 hours apart.

I slept last night. First dream was about mankind struggling to survive in caves after the fall of America. Men had turned women into slaves that couldn't have babies. And a few women defeated their radiation devices and could have babies again. Second dream was about a teen trying to sabotage a family garden business that lived near. The sea. Lots of four wheelers and tools in this dream. I was trying to put the tools away in safe dry spots and the teen was driving about dropping them all over the beach.

Well I have been awake since Saturday about 8 am , we left at midnight for Florida. 17.5 hours! Our normal drive is about 13.

I’m so stressed , tense and just plain hurting I am hoping xtra Xanax and muscle relaxers will help me sleep because right now I’m wide awake and twitchy.

Well tonight was a lost cause. On the plus side I'm almost finished with the book I started at 10:30pm. Only 90 pages left to find out who dun it.

I have slept for one and a half hours. I then got out my phone to look up a past friend. Now I am listening to music while posting here. I have stopped worrying about money. I do need to get a part time job, maybe with Uber Eats. I do not know if I can handle transporting real people. So hopefully I can get back to sleep soon having realized this and just getting on with it.
