If i fall asleep for up to 4 hrs then wake up for whatever reason then Im up for the rest of the night and day. I was really stressed out which makes me tired and fell asleep at 8pm. Woke up at midnight and cant fall asleep again. Any suggestions on a hobby you can do quietly in the middle of the night????

Ugh, night number two that I can’t sleep. I just couldn’t lay there any longer.

Coloring books. Listen to audiobooks or music. Sewing/Crocheting.

Slept four hours and some change. Holding on, but hands are slipping. Second night of a mini panic attack. Nose feels stuffy. Can't open the door or windows too long because of smoky smell (I live in L.A.). Trying hard, but if I don't get medical intervention soon I'll fall (I have a therapist appointment on Monday and some bloodwork tomorrow for a physical. Time's ticking and I'm growing impatient that's all).

Feeling isolated. My husband and kids continue their support, but something's got to give I guess.

Any kind of art or craft work.

2 nights in a row of true nightmares. Unusual for me. Maybe I'll start listening to binaural beats before sleep time again.

I feel way better then I did yesterday and Tuesday. I woke up really early though. I’m trying to make a list of what I need. Groceries and stuff. And what stores I need to get to. I’m trying to go to as few stores as possible and as few days as possible. The issue is not just one store has everything I need. So I’m looking at about 3 stores I need to get to. Which I guess won’t be bad if I go in the morning as soon as they open.

Made a list of things I need to get done before working on leisure projects. Dusting, general cleaning, detail cleaning and outdoor projects.

Would like to start waking up an hour earlier and going to sleep tired. Dealing with minor pain issues and emotional weight from past.
Want time to myself but also don’t want to be alone.

So exhausted. The thing that worries me the most about not sleeping right now is that it lowers my immune systems defense. There’s so many diseases right now. Oh man I’m so tired.

They changed the pills, getting it from some other company now. Doesn’t seem to work as well,..I’m suspicious that it’s just a sugar pill.

Last night was the first night in several weeks that my sleep wasn't so good. I fear my Seroquel/ZzzQuil potion is starting to fail me. I know what the answer is...don't take ZzzQuil for a few nights. But oh, how I dread that just start to drift to sleep/wake up! cycle. I've backed myself into a cold corner by using the ZzzQuil, which has worked so well.

I’ve been having these night terror like things again. It’s the first time I’ve had them since the pandemic. But I had one last night and one tonight. I think tonight was a REM one because I think I saw my dream but then I flew out of bed and halfway left my room. I then went back to bed and I thought to myself “it felt like I snapped my arm.” Yeah sure enough when I woke up a few minutes ago my entire upper back and arms were in a lot of pain. Also the side of my head feels odd .I haven’t tried getting out of bed. This is the first time this has happened in like a year where I hurt myself in my sleep. I know these episodes are stress related. I’ve been up since 1.

Maybe ask Pdoc for a script of like 10 so you can for sure you know the change. .

Its always some damn thing or another

This does not sound like normal stress. Is there something more that could be causing this? My dreams seem to be disturbed lately too. I wonder if it has to do with sleeping in a different side of the bed. I am also thinking about creating a dram catcher for myself. They are known to protect the sleeper from bad spirits.

Can’t stay asleep. Temperature is perfect tonight and I fell asleep as soon as I shut my eyes. Wish I had gone to sleep earlier. Then I would feel ok about waking up for the day. I know I need a few more hours. Back to sleep please

Very weird and bad (scary) dream last night.

Hoping I do not have another scary dream tonight.

Wishing a better night for all

Yay! When should you get your machine? I can sleep without mine, but it's difficult. I keep turning over because I've woken myself up because of apnea spells. I wonder when I lose more weight if my apnea wil go away. Do you use a nasal pillow or a ful face mask?
