I believe that our hummingbirds have finally left our area. We haven't seen any for almost a week. They're heading southwest towards Mexico. I talked to my NP. She put me back on 300 mg Wellbutrin and I’m to call her every day to check in. I’m feeling better. I think physical activity and sticking to a modified routine has helped.

Being out in the fresh air and sunshine will help as well. I’m packing a cooler although the pool is just two doors down and staying out this weekend as much as I can before it closes Tuesday. It’s been a life saver this summer.

I hope everyone has a peaceful Labor Day weekend. Hugs to all.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better, Jennifer. It sounds like you have a pleasant day ahead of you. I have also found that the right routine makes a difference.

My anxiety is kinda sucky today. My moods are ok though. I was researching my surgery and I’ll be getting general anesthesia which means I’ll be intubated. That’s the only part that freaks me out. But overall I’m doing ok. I’m sure nerves are to be expected. I had a lot of caffeine today because I woke up early.

Of course I don't know what the surgery is that you're going in for but general anaesthesia doesn't automatically mean intubation. Try not to worry about something that's not necessarily connected to the procedure. Either way, I hope it goes well for you.

Struggling majorly.

Slept five hours broken. I decided not to use the prescriptions my previous pdoc gave me as they're not a good match for me after research. He fought me on these medications when I told him I'd rather not try them. He just wanted to write prescriptions no matter how I felt. Asshole!

Working hard to maintain, but trying to do so gets harder as the days pass.

Oh yes the painting and everything being moved..Argh It about kills me when we paint. I have always done one room at a time, Paint then next day everything is back where it belongs. I need to paint my daughters old bedroom and the guest room.. But I have to wait until Fall arrives and we can have windows wide open and fans blowing ..

Fresh paint is always a good investment when selling.

Oh yes you will have to learn about lots of new birds.. We didnt see any this year, Very odd.

I hope you can allow yourself some time today to just relax

My Rage is still decreasing thankfully.... I have no idea why I even got it to begin with. The only thing I can think of is how Steve has been sick all year and my well literally dried up.

Well I just don't think I can manage Seroquel 100 mg TID.. and my muscles are all very tight again so I need to up Cogentin which I have room to make changes..

Seroquil Stupor is so difficult for me to handle, I am shocked this med is still sedating..Normally a week of something and I dont even have an extended blink.

On a much more important note....... I have one of my best friends in need of good thoughts and prayers if anyone has a moment.. Thanks

I read the bio of my favorite author and felt bad because of my own failure as a writer. I listened to a favorite piece of classical music and felt bad because of my own failure as a musician. I played Scrabble and felt good! What a bizarre thing to be good at! Well, i'll take it! I played nine more games today and got up to a win-rate of 71.6%, a gain of 1.5% today. Gunning for 100%. Probably take a month or more. Something to do while waiting out COVID.

My dog gave me nice snuggles tonight. It's clear that she loves me. I love her. We are in love. It's her mani-pedi on Tuesday. She's not gonna like it!

I had trouble sleeping last night. It might be because of a new pillow. I'll use the old one tonight. Gotta have my zzzs!

Hugs to all who struggle!

Your family could wind up far more upset if you are taken to the hospital because you are in dire straights.

Why won't they take you, falcon?

Little more info like a name or whatever might help us praying.

I've been making wonderful smoothies from all sorts of lovely ingredients, using a terrific little blender. But tonight I got so hungry, so ordered a crepe that is due to arrive any minute

It’s 3:30am and I just woke up. A new week starts and I’ve still heard nothing from HR. I can’t afford another week with no pay. I’m gonna have to go fight again to talk to someone to help me. Life sucks right now.
