Bipolar Check-In #49

My husband stayed up until 4:30 am finishing up job-related stuff. I woke up at that time ready to start my day. I'm taking it a little easy for a bit, but have oodles left to do. Stuff one normally doesn't have to do "last minute", like trimming the lilac bush. We have a photographer coming to photograph our deck area either tomorrow or early next week. Our deck flowers may be history in a few weeks.

Our house looks a bit in disarray because of everything happening. No choice. It will look even worse when all of the interior wall painting starts. At the end, we'll barely recognize the place. It better yield good money. We need it.

I believe that our hummingbirds have finally left our area. We haven't seen any for almost a week. They're heading southwest towards Mexico. Europe does not have hummingbirds or select other birds we see in the US Mid Atlantic region. It will be sad not to see them next year. But I'll meet some new flying folks. That will be nice. Attached is a photo of one of our girls at the hummingbird feeder a while back.

I talked to my NP. She put me back on 300 mg Wellbutrin and I’m to call her every day to check in. I’m feeling better. I think physical activity and sticking to a modified routine has helped.

Being out in the fresh air and sunshine will help as well. I’m packing a cooler although the pool is just two doors down and staying out this weekend as much as I can before it closes Tuesday. It’s been a life saver this summer.

I hope everyone has a peaceful Labor Day weekend. Hugs to all.

I talked to my NP. She put me back on 300 mg Wellbutrin and I’m to call her every day to check in. I’m feeling better. I think physical activity and sticking to a modified routine has helped.

I was researching my surgery and I’ll be getting general anesthesia which means I’ll be intubated. That’s the only part that freaks me out.

I am getting by.

I am in pain, but not enough that I have to stop doing what I am doing (been their this week, that's painful!)

heard from a friend who told me she arived safely back in her home country, so that was a nice positive about today.

I also have low anxiety, which is nice.. I had high anxiety yesterday (no real reason, it was just really bad)

Family ended up refusing to take me to psych ward, so im just sitting here paranoid out of my mind

Are you safe? Can you get to the hospital another way like Uber?

My Rage is still decreasing thankfully.... I have no idea why I even got it to begin with. The only thing I can think of is how Steve has been sick all year and my well literally dried up.

Well I just don't think I can manage Seroquel 100 mg TID.. and my muscles are all very tight again so I need to up Cogentin which I have room to make changes..

Seroquil Stupor is so difficult for me to handle, I am shocked this med is still sedating..Normally a week of something and I dont even have an extended blink.

On a much more important note....... I have one of my best friends in need of good thoughts and prayers if anyone has a moment.. Thanks
