I just never know when I'm going to fall asleep or for how long. There's no pattern these days, whether day or night.

Oh, that’s hard Dawn.

In my dreams, I was back at the huge mall that looks like something out of Blade Runner. There was a teacher who fixed up sick animals and then released them into the wilds of the mall. Was confusing but kids in the class room were releasing animals before they were ready so we had to go catch them again. I think some of them were badgers. Ugly things and some were beavers and gophers. They had their own little pod. It was a cool dream even if the school kids were unruly.

I fell asleep last night at 6 which I thought was an ok time after being up since 9:30 Tuesday night. But then I woke up wide awake at 12:30 for no reason and I knew going back to sleep would be useless again. Things are for sure screwed up. I had a maple Coke, 2 orange Vanilla Coke zeros, and a mug of black tea. That equaled to 140mil of caffeine total. I want to avoid coffee and matcha tea today so I can avoid taking excess meds again. Yesterday the large latte I had helped me not be tired or crabby but it made me anxious and the sleep and meds and coffee messed up my diet.

So I'm just trying to ease up on the caffeine and hope I can keep things under control on my own with maybe just another zero soda or 2.

I ended up falling back asleep for 5-10 minutes but it helped.

My days are all mixed up and that doesnt usuaully happen until after Christmas. Both yesterday and today felt like a Friday.

I woke up this morning & it was dark, & I know I dreamed, although I can't remember the dreams.

I fell asleep around 6. I was slightly nervous about falling asleep at that time based on the last 2 nights and I had also taken a nap too yesterday afternoon. But I couldnt stay awake any longer. But I slept through the night from 6-7:30. I feel better then I have in days. Ideally I'd like to sleep from 10PM-7:30AM each night but its tough to get in that routine along with my meds and food. I'd have to fix everything and I'll have to think about how to do that.

I had a great nights sleep. I didn’t eat supper last night. I went to my granddaughter’s recital and that was from 5:30 to 8:30 so it was too late to eat. My night meds must have knocked me out. I didn’t wake til late.

Dreams of course! I was a maid at a huge old Victorian house with 1940’s styled cabins behind it. I was some kind of detective too, I think this was the influence of all the cosys I read! Lol

I ate dinner around 5:45 instead of 3 and I took the last of my meds around 7:30 instead of at 4. I fell asleep at 11 and I woke up at 7:30. I was hoping to start getting into this pattern although 11 is a bit late I think to fall asleep and I did need some extra melatonin to help me get to sleep. I'd like to be falling asleep at 10. But for my first night doing this it went good.

Had trouble falling asleep last night, not sure when I finally slept but I’m guessing around 2 or 3. Sir woke up up at 10am. He doesn’t like me staying in bad late or laying down during the day. Too many memories of the depressions.

Because Sir woke me I don’t recall dreams, just vaguely remember hats, like 1940’s hats.

I follow someone on YouTube and I just love her really funny. I watched 2-3 right before bed and she popped up in my dream which was so damn fun until I was standing on a cliff and one of my cousins pushed me over the edge. I haven’t spoken to her in almost 20 years. She’s a vile scumbag washed up hooker that treats her mom horribly. Hope that’s the end of that !!!

I'm so groggy I feel like I got hit by a truck. But I didnt do anything out of the ordinary. I fell asleep with my light on around 6. I woke up sometime before 11 but I fell back asleep. I'm still super tired so I may go back to sleep.

I feel like I did something super bad for some reason.

Fell asleep around 10pm. Woke up twice during the night and finally said forget it and got up at 3am this morning. Been experimenting with 10mg melatonin, teas, and taking .05mg clonidine, and upped my gabapentin to 2000mg. I did get about 8.5 hours the night before. Honestly, I'm happy as long as I get 5+ hours and don't have panic symptoms.

burned spaghetti!

I woke up like every hour! My dreams had to do with a huge mall again. I’m beginning to think I spent too much time at the mall of America when I lived in the twin cities. There was a full sized train in the mall going back and forth between the two sides.

I’ve watched stuff about that mall ! It’s like a place to have a family vacation lol. I really do think it’s cool tho.

I fell asleep around 6. I woke up now. I didn't take any melatonin and that is rare when I don't take any. So I wonder what was up with me yesterday but I feel ok today. I left some canned chicken in my room and I thought one of my cats had diarrihea real bad or something until I realized what the smell was.

Nammu I insist you sleep tonight. None of that fish out of water on the dock !!!!!

I’ve had to drip faucets the last couple days and that always causes me huge anxiety ( years ago we had almost all of our pipes freeze and break) So anytime I’ve needed to drip I set my alarm for every 3 hours to go flush things and run the water full blast. Yes Steve tells me I don’t need to but it’s truly a ptsd situation. So I really don’t get any sleep.

Hugs to all

My mom almost ate the canned chicken I left out all night today at noon. I had to really tell her not to. She whined and said "I wish you wouldnt do that because I like this." She has this thing with food waste its almost like an obsession. She's taken bacon out of the garbage becauae it was "just sitting on top of paper towels." She's eaten food thats been left in the microwave all night. One time I had to hide a container of brazil nuts from her after I found out they are poisionous because she'd eat them all.

I'm in bed but I have not taken my night or sleep meds.

I thought I was going to bed at a pretty good time. But I guees 8-3 is still technically enough sleep.

I got another hour or so of sleep around 5.

I slept from 9PM-7:40. I have a lot of family stuff today so I'm glad it wasn't one of those nights where I woke up at 2:30 or earlier. I had a couple iced lattes to keep me going though.

I fell asleep at about 8. I woke up right before 11. Its 4 now. I didn't really think about it until just now but 8 something until right before 11 is basically no sleep. I didnt really want to sleep though so I had 3 cans of watermelon zero sugar Mountain Dew. So I'm not very tired right now.

I got some more sleep around 4:45. So I feel better and I'm not anxious from the caffeine.

Slept pretty well. Woke up early but I didn’t wake up constantly though the night so a win. Had hospital dreams. Was chaos but they were building a new hospital wing and I applied to move. The new rooms were cars. You basically lived in a car!
