I was really stuffed up last night to the point of having trouble breathing. I used a Vicks patch and it worked fast and great. I had some dream where I was in a library and I told a lady I'd go look for some ice cream. But I looked everywhere and I guess I was looking for the microwave instead or something. It was weird. I woke up really early though but I only took one melatonin insteaed of 2. So I woke up really early without a stomach ache instead of at 5AM feeling sick. Hopefully the new stuff I ordered is better.

I don't usually post on here; I don't know why.

I'm having a really rough night tonight. I'm in the middle of a breast cancer scare and I am just anxious about it tonight. I will get through a bad night; I always do. I have another (stronger) PRN left yet and so if I'm not asleep in another 45 minutes I'll take that.

I don't know what else to say. I'm depressed and that always leads to sleep issues. I talk to my pdoc Monday and hopefully we can do something.

I’m so sorry you’re having a bad night BeyondtheRainbow.

It’s 1:30 here and I’m wide awake again. My anxiety is pretty bad tonight. I just keep worrying about such ridiculous things, like work, like replying to emails, like my dog running away or dying. I keep wishing something bad would happen to me but then I worry that it will. It’s so stupid!

Hopefully sleep will come soon.

My sleep isn’t great and it’s not horrid at least.

My Fitbit really tracks my sleep well. I’ve being trying 2 different mindfulness sessions on there premium service since o have it for free. It also offers audio books which have been nice.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend !

Sleepy hugs !

I woke up at 3:30. I decided to take my prescribed dose of medication to try to get back on a schedule. I took that around 4. It was literally 5 minutes before I was about to get up at 6 before I suddenly fell back asleep until 7:16 and I woke up feeling super rested and not anxious.

I fell asleep at 7:30 and my brother woke me up at midnight again with his OCD. I thought I was going to fall back asleep but I didn't. I tried my new melatonin which hasn't helped at all. I ate a tamale and now I'm just listening to music. I really want a kombucha and a pint of Halo Top ice cream. I plan on going to the stores around 8 or 9. I am not going to take a shower since I took one Saturday and yesterday.

I never got back to sleep and now the sample test is messed up since I was supposed to go and not save it and then end it at that same time in 24 hours. Yeah I'm not setting an alarm to pee at 1AM. So I'll have to do it tommorow and hope I don't get griped at by my mom when once again this wasn't my fault.

Woke up after 4 hours. The light was on. Never did get back to sleep though I tried. All I remember of the dream was something like Groundhog Day only on a bus. I was taking the bus to a school. Once I had two springs and a dog with me. Other times various people got in my way so I couldn’t get off at my stop. Other times I got off ok but my room was a ways a way and it would rain and snow or I’d have a motorcycle the end result was the same, I never made it too the room. When I tried to get back to sleep I tried to finish the dream, but no luck.

I have been falling asleep really fast lately. I have been doing mindfulness and meditations than Fitbit has. A few have annoyed me so I just pick out different ones.

Can’t remember any dreams but I woke up feeling well rested and that’s amazing

I fell asleep around 6 while waiting for my Amazon stuff. I woke up at 11 to find out they had been delivered and my mom had brought them in. I took them to my room but I didn't open them because I wanted to quickly get back to sleep so I wasnt up half the night again. I slept until just before 5 pretty uninterrupted. I woke up a couple times at 3 but I got back to sleep. Overall I don't feel too bad.

Not much sleep, but I dream a lot when I do sleep, usually weird symbolic dreams.

I'm trying the one melatonin again. That often does not work out though. I've had 2 pretty good nights in a row. A 3rd night of good sleep is not very common but I am hopeful. Amazon is slow again and I am getting a box of Reeses I don't want to freeze outside. But it should work out. It always does.

I hope you got a good 3rd night of sleep @Mountaindewed

It’s 6am and I am wide awake, maybe my meds are finally kicking in! Here’s hoping! I’ve been having such bad hypersomnia so it would be nice to be able to get up and go to sleep at more reasonable hours.
I have a feeling I will have to nap later though…
We will see! I’m supposed to be seeing a friend today who I’ve been avoiding (I avoid everyone when I’m having a depressive episode) but I might cancel.

I hope everyone has had a good sleep

Did home sleep study. Kind of. I think I lightly slept 4 hours or so. Got up at 1:30am and been up. I hope they have enough. I had initially planned on not sleeping a lot the night before I did the test so I'd be really tired. But they called me to come pick up the machine unexpectedly a day early.

It happened again. I took just one melatonin and I fell asleep easily but I woke up at 12:20. But again I didn't wake up feeling nauseated or anxious like I do when I take 2. I woke up feeling pretty good despite the time. I've had a couple zero sugar sodas and I don't feel tired.

My mom brought the Reeses in.

I'm listening to music and looking at the dress code for the job I want to apply to. I feel like that is progress even though it is anxiety provoking.

Still short sleeps & dreams. Very tired & yawning a lot. I haven't had a nap during the day lately.

Last night I had more sleep! Not sure what changed. Usual issues with benzos (running low. second half of 2 months now) I still have some out of date seroquel (which I'm allergic to, not ''life threatening'' allergy though) for ''emergencies''... hoping I will not need this.
