Lousy sleep. Lots of Anxiety that’s related to my tooth predicament!

I’m in a pretty good patch. I think the aqua fitness and the fitness class is helping.

I slept about 12 hours without any music. I woke up once at 9:30 with the bottom half of my shorts covered in sweat and then at least one other time around 2:30. Both times I got back to sleep. I was having all these weird dreams that didn't make any sense. But it was the first night I slept good in a long time.

I’m so sorry breaking Dawn, I hope you get longer sleep tonight.

I only got 3 hours myself. I’m oh so tired and I have aqua fitness and senior fitness today! Oh blah 😒 but maybe it will wake me up.

I barely slept last night. I only took 1mg of melatonin and no thorazine when normally I take 2mg of melatonin and 25mg of thorazine. I ran out of both and I'm not getting either today because I don't have a ride to the pharmacy so tonight's gonna suck even more with no melatonin.

Ugh Sapien that sounds horrible. Wish you had someway to get to the pharmacy today! That’s one thing I liked about my pharmacy in Texas. It was right down the street. If I was lazy I could ride the bus.

Thanks. My tooth still hurts it’s not at a 10 today. I’m just dreading having it removed it’s the pressure and oh the sound in my head. I want to hold off if I can. I know sounds dumb

I bet the class’s will help you with sleep. How is your taper going?

I fell asleep fast before 6 feeling very sick. I woke up at midnight feeling fine. I've been up since listening to music mostly. I'll get up in a bit but I'm not sure if I'll take a shower right away or go watch TV.

I woke up so many times, confusing dreams with much anxiety. Mum and I traveling with my daughter’s family, plus my confused dad was with us. The interstate turned into a confusing mess of none-roads with stairs and rivers to navigate. Ugh still tired but can’t lay peacefully.

I fell asleep at 6 without realizing it. I woke up at 1 feeling pretty anxious and kinda creeped out. I went to bed on an empty stomach. My mom and brother got food but I decided to save mine for today. I drank a soda and listened to music and then dozed off for a bit around 4 something. I woke up at 5:16 feeling better but still a bit anxious. I could probably use something legit to eat.

I took 20mil of melatonin because 10mil just does not work. I slept from 6 until 2 and then I was up for a couple minutes and then I went back to bed until about 4ish. I feel rested.

I fell asleep at 6:30. Woke up right before 9. Got back to sleep right before 11. Woke up at 12:30. My anxiety has been terrible since yesterday. I've tried food, meds, water. All I have is more anxiety, insomnia, a stomach ache and increased thirst. I'm just like at this loss on where to go and who to see about this and whats going on.

Last night was my first step down and I slept great. I started a bit earlier than 14 days. It’s only a .5 mg difference. I’m very much hoping this works. 7 1/2 hrs with terrific dreams.

I fell asleep at 6 kind of all of a sudden again. I woke up at 11 something feeling scared and uneasy like I have been waking up. I stayed up for awhile until I got another hour or so sleep. I woke up feeling decent.

Only about 3 hours sleep last night, spent a lot of time tossing and turning. Was awake long before the alarm. Don’t remember any dreams. I also had a headache, not a bad one just one that nagged at me. I was too hot. I bet it was the low pressure system.

I fell asleep before 6 with just my normal meltatonin. I woke up at 1 for a few minutes. Then I got back to sleep until 3:30 and stayed up for about 15 minutes. Then I got back to sleep again until 4:40. So it was over 10 hours of pretty much straight sleep. I still feel like I could use some more though.
