(did you know the difference between Risperdal and Invega is one oxygen atom and about $600?)

Crazy. It's all about $$$$$.

The extreme heat has finally broken. We're down to the low 90's during the day and cool nights. More normal weather. However, heat is predicted again by Tuesday. At least there will be a 2 day break.

I hate summer, I'm so over it.

I do believe the Luvox is helping to quiet my mind. Unfortunately, I feel such nausea from it that I can't cope with it. If I feel nauseated all day again I cannot take the Luvox tonight. I'll be calling the med clinic tomorrow. I'm concerned, though, because the PA just doesn't have psych med experience. I feel stranded.

So tired. I'm going to sleep some more then go to the grocery store.
Love all around~

I didn't sleep well last night. I woke up at 12:30 and stayed up. I had my vent closed so I wasn't getting any air. I thought I had opened it before going to bed. At least this didn't happen the night of the sleep study. I still feel good though. I was slightly irritated but I think I was just over heated. I had jeans on today then once I put on shorts and stretched out in bed I felt a lot better. I went to the grocery store today and got some canned Chef Boyardee and some more apple sauce. I know my eating hasn't been very good. I was feeling it this afternoon so I drank a 30gram protein drink and a Gatorade so now I feel decent. I had to give up all my food with peanuts and hazelnuts in it including my European wafers with hazelnut spread inside them and my box of Reeses peanut butter potato chip cups. It sucked but being in that type of pain isn't worth it for some candy bar. I can eat walnuts though. But they are expensive.

My hoodie blanket just came and it is so warm and soft and cozy. Its huge on me which is perfect since I plan on sleeping in it now that the vent is open so I'll be cold tonight. It smells like pizza though. I look like a grizzly bear too since I got a black one.

I was happy that my husband came home tonight. I was wondering if he would stay an additional night somewhere en route home. Upon arrival, he started telling stories of how peculiar and "difficult" his friend was. As Hubby isn't the lowest maintenance dude, I found that silently funny. I was doing tons of dishes again after making homemade English muffins. They turned out pretty well, unlike the last time. The only place they have English muffins in Czech Republic are at McDonald's, and only as part of an American-style breakfast sandwich or scrambled egg meal. I froze most. Yesterday I made and froze homemade beef and bean burritos, another food that's impossible to find here.

I guess I can say that the evening meds in the morning didn't affect me that much, beyond the first few hours and a little residual dizziness that ended before noon. I just took my evening meds again, and decided to take all of it. Will be back on track tomorrow.

My pharmacy really needs to get their act together or someone is going to end up getting hurt. I just opened my new bottle of Geodon. The sticker that has my name and dose says its 80mil. The actual bottle says its 40mil. These don't look like the normal 80 so I'm pretty sure they are 40. But I think I did it right.

Oh, no. I'm sorry. My prayers are with your daughter, then. Unnerving.

My daughter ended up having to have her gallbladder removed early this summer. Of course, she's in NYC and won't speak to me, so I was worried out of my mind.

I've had rashes a number of times with a new med. The rash always appears on my upper stomach. I've never done anything about it and it would go away in a day. But I know that a rash reaction from a med can sometimes be dangerous because if the rash spreads it can cause anaphylaxis. 2 weeks is a long time, Boots

Did the nap with 2 cats next to me.
Did the grocery store.
Bought peaches.
Now to clean the bathroom.
THEN skate!
My delightful hair stylist comped me a haircut
in exchange for allowing her to use some
top-of-the-line new products on my hair (!).
We always have a blast together.
She chopped off my hair this time!
I feel a bit sad but oh, well.

Peace vibes to each~**~***~~*~~*~

It's just a perfect day,
Oh, such a perfect day,
I'm glad I spent it with you.

Celebrated two year anniversary dating my boyfriend Ben. (It’s august 1!)
He gave me a beautiful ring with my birthstone and a lovely card!

I gave him the jack white double lp acoustic vinyl album and a new hat. We had a nice steak dinner.

Well, it's been a one step forward, two steps back kind of few days! I looks like the water issue isn't going to be resolved when I thought it would. I've got a tiny bit of money coming in on Tuesday and some more coming in around that date (anywhere from tomorrow through Wednesday). Neither will cover the bill.

On a personal note, I'm starting to stink a bit and if I want my new job to last, I'll need a shower. Best bet is going to be swallowing my pride and asking my cousin if I could use his shower and washer and dryer. Knowing my cousin, my state of affairs is going to be immediately reported to my father who will revel in playing the benevolent benefactor hurt by my stubborn refusal to let him help because it gives him relative power.

I also get to talk to the Social Security office who sent me a letter with a deadline of tomorrow that only got my way Thursday because my cousin is a busybody who collected my mail and put it in a place I never go. So, I get to plead for an extension on my applications most likely.

On a positive note, I've started the onboard process for the 30-hour phone job. If it works out, I can take care of a lot of stuff! Honestly, if anything (unemployment, employment, SSI) start working out, I'll be thrilled!

Yay, I have not felt nauseated after that short bit this morning. So it seems the Luvox is helping. What a joy that would be!

I had a wonderful skate!

My husband will be further revising the contract for our upcoming house/property purchase. I hope he doesn't go overboard, which he often does. He mentioned a couple things that sound reasonable, but too much and it may piss off the seller. I know this about Hubby's tendencies. In the end, we may need to compromise, but I hate always bringing on negative feelings with people we deal with. There have been times that we lost chances because of such issues. I'll try to keep my mouth shut and not ask much about this, as it riles me up. Update: The realtor just called asking about the contract. Hubby promised it back in two hours. Always needs a fire under his butt. I told Hubby that we won't eat lunch until it's done. I won't either. Maybe that will help as he might see me silently uncomfortably hungry.

A friend is coming again this week to help us with packing projects. The more we can do early, the better.

Well, looks like I won't be picking up meds today...!!!!! the only pills I'm taking now are for side effects from the injection. Yeah, I just called the pharmacy and the call won't go through and I'm about 99% sure my doc didn't send over the refills so I'm not going down until I get a hold of them on the phone. Every time I call this stupidass pharmacy it says "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, your call cannot be completed blah blah blah" but I can call anybody else just fine.

I did some guided tapping (EFT) on releasing any stress from July and embracing August. I intend to fully enjoy this last month of summer. While, I’m doing that, I need to take action to get caught up on my responsibilities. I’ve kinda been lax these past 2 months.

I didn’t realize how very stressful it was working hard to keep brother alive until that stress was removed. So much less stress, sleeping better, hair growing back quickly, no more hopelessness and the list goes on. I loved him dearly. Having said that, there has been a silver lining or two. I feel guilty even thinking it.

It’s forecast to rain most of the day and it won’t get above 81F. I love curling up with a good book and listening to the rain. I do have therapy this morning. Maybe after that.

Hugs to all that need them.

I feel pretty good today. I slept with my hoodie blanket on until 12:30 then I took it off. My sleep was disrupted again but I managed to get a bit more sleep around 4. My nephews are here while my sister is at a 3 hour doctors appointment. I have to drop my sleep study stuff off in a bit. My therapist replied this morning to my email from Friday. She wants email updates in between sessions. She said it sounds like the prestiq has majorly improved my quality of life and my anxiety and agoraphobia and paranoia. She also sent me a link to The Trevor Project to see if I can get any additional support from them. We are still not on the same page about weight loss. She says I'm at a good weight. I'd like to lose at least 7 more pounds. So I am not really sure what to do. I wonder if I'll feel differently about my weight in the fall when I can wear hoodies and jeans all the time.

I'm kind of tired now just from not sleeping good. I want my vacation to hurry up and get here. I have 17 more days with a therapy appointment between now and then but nothing else besides the news on my sleep study. I don't think I go for blood work before the trip.
