Monday morning. Leaving for work in an hour. Yuck. I hate my job

Feeling sorta depressed today My novel first draft is done and now I don't know what to do with myself. I guess I just feel sad and lost.

Oh. And I turned 41 yesterday. I'm getting old af!

My birthday day was sorta depressing. I stepped in cat poo (we have a 21 year old cat who poops everywhere, except for her litter box). We went out for pizza and mine was soggy because they put extra sauce on it. I think they did because I don't get cheese on my pizzas. My poor daughter was upset because she has to get drilled tomorrow. I ate an entire pack of birthday cake oreos!

I don't know. Just not the best birthday.

Quiet day except for talking to a neighbor outside while we looked at the gardens. This time last year i was crashing from my hypomania. This year, no hypomania, so no crash. Yay!

Doing really well despite having a less than desirable outcome at court. I am free and able to get on with my life which is the positive. But damn, I have a horrible felony on my record now.....

I'm doing ok today. I'm not feeling 100% but nothing terrible. I had a panic attack last night over food. Afterwards I googled being scared to eat. And I found out it is a legit issue and it can be caused by worrying about becoming sick from food. I guess I do need to talk to my therapist about this even though she'll be like freud or someone with this info. I have severely restricted my diet to just a few foods, but I'm still getting enough in calorie wise.

Anyways, right now I'm feeling my evening stomach pain. I'm going to take Tylenol and listen to the band Jukebox The Ghost and once again try to sleep this off.

I don't regret cancelling therapy on Friday. I know we would reevaluate this month if I wanted to keep doing virtual and I do so she doesn't nag me among other things.

I've not been posting very much lately, but I been following your posts (with certain exceptions ).

I’m still running a bit below . I canceled aqua fitness and though I got dressed ( even with jewelry and perfume) for mahjong, I’m not going. Nothing major. Just under par and still not feeling very sociable. It’s like a low grade fever only it’s depression. Slightly more irritated than normal and just want to be left alone. Didn’t go to 500 last week not sure I’m going this week.

Do have to go out though. Have some papers from mum’s estate I need to sign. So said I’d be there around 3. Should be able to push myself out by then.

Hazelnut piroulines all around.

I ate some Progresso broccoli cheddar soup last night. Wtf... it took me until 10 to fall asleep and then I woke up at midnight and I thought "ok. Now this is pain." I took an Aleeve and got back to sleep.

I'm just under the weather today. Food has been such a struggle lately. Mainly physically. I feel like the metformin is keeping me on track though and I am losing some weight.

I sold some shoes to Platos Closet today. They were in good condition unique Vans with characters and flames and stuff.

I just got a message that I have an appointment set up with the pain clinic for the end of the month. Which is good that things are moving along and getting approved by insurance and I don't have to wait months as a new patient because I'm honestly feeling very miserable.

I just watched Painkiller last night. Big Pharma doing Big Pharma stuff with no responsibility. Just awful.

Your Salad and shrimp sounds delicious good for you getting in the gym ! That’s a big step in self care.

Things are okay altho I’ve been “ stuck in my head” lately.

I see my Rheumatologist tomorrow. Stelara just isn’t doing much for psoriasis flare and PsA .. I don’t know if he will want me to stay on it longer or possible switch to something else. I am concerned about going on yet another Biologic med as that can’t be healthy so many since January. We shall see.

Watched “ Painkiller” on Netflix. Very well done. Shows Big Pharma doing Big Pharma stuff and no responsibility. Sad

Steve’s oxygen concentrator broke last night ! Overheated. Scary because if he was on it 24/7 it could have been a huge problem. Called first thing this morning and they brought a new one about an hour later. We have a oxygen tank but it would only last an hour or so.

It’s so miserably hot today. Think muggy try breathing in a fishbowl kind of heat. Suppost to be a bit cooler tomorrow Thank god I have to be out in it.

Can someone lie and tell me Fall is coming real soon LOL

Oo I’m glad they replaced the oxygen so quickly. Of course it happened on a weekend night!

Sir. Hmm I need to call the veterinarian again almost 3 weeks of antibiotics and he is still dripping bloody snot. But he’s eating and otherwise doing pretty good.

I feel like there are spiders on me because I was fixing my soda collection in the garage and there were some dead spiders on a few of the cases. And then some on a Pepsi bottle I put in the fridge.

@~Christina, sorry to hear about your med situation. I hope something helpful comes out of your appointment.

I'm glad you got Steve's oxygen concentrator replaced so quickly.

Yeah the weight gain is not fun, but yeah I agree it's a side effect that I just have to live with.
