Thanks @Blue_Bird!

One of the main reasons I got it is because I can pay it off monthly with my telephone provider and it’s not too expensive like that per month. It’s interest free so I don’t pay any more. And I know they last because my old one lasted 7 years! You should totally get a Fitbit for your walking. You’ll love it!

Hey all. Woke up about 4:30 and got out of bed 5:30. Not going to shower because I showered late yesterday. Showering is an issue for me and it has been for a while.

Had my 1 cup of coffee for the day and ate an apple for breakfast. Hopefully that will help with the nausea / prevent it from happening. Today we will take my son swimming and then will likely go to the mall. I have to be careful of what I eat. Must stay away from bread and pastries. I’ve lost 1kg in 3 days which is likely just a fluke. Nothing to write home about.

I bought a pair of mediumish colored purple and white Nike Dunks with my gift card. They were $122 after tax! But I don't want anything or need anything else and my finances are ok. Theres no way I'd get these without found money though. I have about $25 left on my card.

To be honest, it was kinda creepy out there today. Everyone seemed and looked really worried.

I have a Fitbit sense and really like it. It's nice that Fitbit batteries last longer than an apple watch. And, it charges pretty fast. I'm not a huge fan of how the app looks compared to how it did for years though.

Do you think the Fitbit sense or the Fitbit versa 4 is a better choice? I’ll be saving up for a bit so I won’t be buying it till like January probably. Right now I have a Fitbit inspire 2

I’m trying to be kind of economical so I might actually wait till my birthday in June to get it

I got another set of earbuds 78% off. Hopefully no one steals this pair because I would like to listen to music. The psychosis clinic didn't call and told me to wait. I made an appointment for the regular Dr. After a 23 yr wait. Hopefully they'll help and not stress about my mental health. My therapist called and scheduled a Monday appointment. I'm worried. Luckily it wasn't today.

I have an issue with pastries too. I consume way too much of them and sweets in general so I’m working on that along with my coffee consumption. I found some seasonal teas that look nice I’m thinking of getting next week. I’ll post a pic in a second. Some of them have caffeine but less than coffee and some of them have no caffeine.

I had the sugar cookie tea and it tasted like mildly sweet warm bathwater.

Lipton makes a caffeine free herbal watermelon cold brew iced tea but its hard to find. But you just fill a pitcher with ice and water and add the tea bag and it makes a gallon.

I just drank 3 Bai waters which have like 45mg of caffeine each.

I had an anxiety attack Wednesday morning so intense i thought i'd have to go live in a psychiatric boarding home. It's taken a while to heal from it. I was really shaken. It happened because i didn't sleep well the night before. I slept well that night and okay last night and am feeling steadier. No more anxiety.

I'm sleeping just 3 to 4 hours

I think it's Rexulti, my pdoc increased the dose a little earlier this week. The same thing happened when I started it and resolved in a couple of weeks.

I've been having some really strange dreams, but during last night's short sleep I dreamt about a technical problem I was trying to solve. I got up early and worked on the problem and solved it, much to my surprise.

I'm heading out of the city tomorrow with my family to a small town to watch a play. We're having dinner before it starts because it ends late, so we'll be back at home very late. It's ok though since I'm sleeping so little. Bonus that I won't have to drive.

I'm 3/4 through a book I started last week. I'm having the Kindle app read the text to me as it goes along. It's a computer voice so not as good as an audio book, but it makes reading easier.

Possible trigger:

They're ones specifically meant for anxiety. My husband got them from one of his coworkers to help with his own anxiety. He claims they don't help him.... but it definitely helped me! Holy cow! It was better than a seroquel! It's better than gabapentin or diazepam. I don't do drugs usually obviously, and don't plan on making a habit out of this since it's illegal in WI, but the shyt really calmed me the fck down. It was great!

Is it medically legal in your state?

What kind of health features do you want? I could be wrong, but I think the main difference is the Sense has a few extra health features. If you're just looking for basic health features like steps, heart rate, and sleep tracking the Versa is probably fine.

I don't know anything about how if/how it works with things like apple pay though. I originally got it for the extra health features, but ended up just using it for the basic health features and so I can get text notifications without my phone's volume being on. Sometimes, I get a text from the office or a coworker so like that my watch can notify me without having my phone's volume on.

I have a June birthday too! Although, I guess people here might assume that because of my username .

It was time for another IV this weekend. I went to the spa type place instead of the infusion center to save $50 and dodged having to tell the woman who did the IV about my bipolar disorder diagnosis. She saw lamotrigine and asked if I had seizures. When I said know, she asked what it was for. I just said for my mental health and she moved on. I'm not feeling very well this evening (partly because I was due for an IV and partly because I overdid it yesterday) so am looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.

I wasn't the best teacher this week, but I am trying to be gentle on myself about this because having the kids do so much independent work is the only way I could start to dig myself out of the whole I have of to do items. And, I still have more to do...If I'm feeling well enough, I'm getting lunch with a friend tomorrow so that will be nice. Bipolar symptoms are okay too.

No. Sadly.

It's legal for recreational use in Michigan, so people journey to upper Michigan to buy edibles from dispensaries. That's how his coworker had some.

@Victoria'smom is it legal for you? Does your pdoc know you are using them? I'm not trying to be critical, I just was reading about clozaril levels last night and one of the things it said was that marijuana can either drastically increase or decrease clozaril levels. Which makes me think other APs are probalby the same. I had no idea although I know my pdoc is very careful to ask if I have started drinking or using any drug including marijuana. That would be why I guess.

It is legal, I've kinda amped up my usage since this whole thing from 1x a month to almost daily. I don't know if this current psychiatrist knows but it's in all my notes. I didn't partake until I moved here. I eventually have to tell my therapist this is how I'm coping with everything. I'm on no medication. I refuse to take the trazidone because I don't fall asleep on it fast enough and sitting there "knowing" you're going to die if you fall asleep and feeling like you can't breathe the whole time is not fun. I'm med less until earlier is Wednesday.

So my son had an unfortunate accident. He dropped his iPad face down in gravel and the screen shattered in so many pieces. Cost me $350 for a new screen, iPad case that is much sturdier and a glass screen protector. I’m not mad it was a pure accident and he was sooooo upset about that iPad means everything to him. I’m grateful we got it fixed on the same day a few hours later. That sums up my day. Wandering aimlessly around the mall whilst waiting for his screen to be fixed. My son got to jump on bungee rope swings in the mall. He loved that. Shame his eyes are red and swollen from crying so much when his iPad broke. Just love my little man.

Went to sleep at 8. I tried calling Caleb but he didn’t answer. Then at 3:45 I see he texted me- texts never wake me up- at 10:05 pm. Just “you awake?” Nope! Shoulda answered at 8! He knows I take gabapentin at night!

Now he wants to eat at his weekend breakfast place which opens at 8 when he knows we’re eating as soon as he gets here- trip takes 2.5 hours. He said “you had a donut!” Yeah at 5:30! I just hope we can see everything at the museum. He has to use a wheel chair because he can’t walk that far. The wheel chairs could be sold out when we finally get there. I like to get places early and he knows this.

I can't handle edibles, I had to stop them a few months ago. I was using them pretty regularly but they kept causing intense panic attacks, sometimes even psychosis like symptoms. Then I sticked to vaping THC. Then I eventually stopped that as well. It's completely legal in my state. I think I do better without THC but I know it helps some people. My psychiatrist still asks me every visit if I've been using THC even though I haven't touched it in like 3 months. I started getting paranoid about the possible interactions with my meds, I'm on several. So I figured it'd be best to stop
