What I wouldn't give for a few hours of sleep. I was down and it was pretty bad, but i think it was compounded by my screwy situation with my ex cause I usually don't get that bad, but thats another story. Felt like absolute crap... had some good talks here, made a dr appt to talk about this, bla bla bla. Felt okay for a little while... now my head wont stop spinning... I cant keep up with everything I'm supposed to be doing. I've done more today than I usually do in several days and I cannot sleep. I couldn't sleep when i felt down and now my mind wont stop racing... I'm exhausted but can't sleep... just a little maddening. And to top it of, there's really nothing around here that needs to be done so i'm doing things over again. 12 days till dr appt.

sorry for the rant guys

((((((((((((((((rem)))))))))))))))))

I hope you can get some sleep soon. Night time is my hardest time. I try to get exhausted before going to bed so I don't think about my life while I am lying down trying to sleep.

Take care,
Leslie

It's funny... whatever I'm feeling is always magnified at night. I don't understand that. Maybe it's cause the day is coming to a close and the distractions are gone.

I understand how hard it can be sometimes to get any sleep. I find it helps sometimes to crash out on the couch. For some reason, just laying down somewhere different helps me sometimes. I dunno if it will work for you, but here's hopin' all i can say is grrr

wow... i do that too rebound! i cant sleep in my bed sometimes, i have to sleep on the couch... the roughness of the cushion covers give me just enough external stimulation to balance out the internal noise.

did you ever read my thread where i described a day at the amusement park during a manic phase?
well, running around the place and riding adrenaline pumping rides totally helped... gave my energy an appropriate outlet.
have you tried working out, or running?
