Right now I feel agitated and anxious.

got that empty feeling again. sleepy. both kids are out for the count so i think i'm going to nap until husband decides to come home...

My mood is fine but my body is not. Woke up at 4am feeling awful. Had to call in sick to work because I have gastroenteritis (stomach flu) which I likely caught from a patient in the ER--gross. Been miserable pretty much all day, barely able to keep water down, and my fever has been between 99.5-101F so that makes me feel even worse. I just want a big, giant Gatorade (I'm sooooo thirsty) but I'm too weak and sick to drive anywhere, so I figured out how to make my own electrolyte drink from water, baking soda, salt, and juice squeezed from oranges. It wasn't bad! And it made me feel a little better, though I probably need a few more glasses and I'm too wiped out to make more. Eh, I'll get there.

I was supposed to go out with a friend for St. Patrick's Day tomorrow but that's not going to happen. Pretty sure I'll just be sleeping and trying to get better.

I want to hurt myself today.

I have been feeling good again today but I am sure it is down to keeping myself busy as we're decorating kids bedrooms whilst hubby is off work

first day in a week or more that i spoke to my family. been real quiet for a while.

I ran around downstairs like a chicken with its headcut off now I feel out of place in a funk. Now the real work begins baking all the cookies...

feeling kind of low. thought we would have a house...turns out it was a scam, haha. but at least i was smart enough to do a background check on the guy. meh.

bummed, but will survive. going to look at a house Wednesday, still. it will be out of town, but we'll be able to keep our dog, and maybe it's a newer house than the one we're in. i guess we'll find out.

i think i'm just going to let husband go check it out. i don't feel like getting my hopes up about anything. and then i won't feel weird about someone staying with the kids while we go check it out.

I am drinking a rockstar...I am going need the energy to get through the day I have baked the last of the cookies....had a shower...cut up banana bread....taken out the butter and made the dip for the veggies hopefully its enough...I have also got the serving utensils out...feel like I am serving the queen...or something...

Yum...I make banana bread with chocolate chips in it. Some of that, warm, with butter on it and a cup of tea. Yum, yum, yum!

I haven't read what you're making this for, but it sounds good!

went to sleep at 330am...not because i couldnt sleep, but because i was waiting to go upstairs to make some food and wanted to wait until everyone else went to bed and that wasnt until around 2am.

and well, i wouldnt let myself go to sleep without satisfying my craving.

just watched Breakfast at Tiffany's and it's funny, Holly Golightly seems to have bpd traits, haha. it's a pretty neat movie.

feeling sick to my stomach from cramps Dx but crocheting and watching old movies. yay...

I'm doing pretty good today, had a really productive day after a super busy week now I'm just chilling

Yesterday was horrible. Now things are weird. Can't get this aching pain in my chest to go away. Can't stop these urges I have. I can't shut my thoughts off.

so Happy St. Paddy's day everyone!!!

first off I am feeling alright just a sense of blah and lost for words but its st. paddys day and I feel elated there to celebrate with a glass of gingerale.

had a headache all afternoon. but it's going away, i took tylenol and slept while husband got the kids out of the house...

working on a jacket for daughter.

church today was good. i have been more spiritual than usual lately, after almost getting scammed by some guy claiming he was a Godly man. good on you. anyway...done a lot of meditation and prayer lately. has helped, surprisingly. it usually doesn't.

feeling emotionally overwhelmed...it took all day to come on...and started drinking...did some cutting...

tired. day was what it was. nothing to report.

Another sleepless night and I have to work in 4 hours. I'm feeling as though I don't really belong here and that those feelings have been confirmed.
