((((( Everyone ))))) I hope you each feel better. Winter is so hard on us.

I have some good news. I got the first half of Belle's paperwork submitted today. The assistant manager says her approval will go through with the home office! I still have to keep Belle hidden for another week. She gave me more paperwork to turn in next week and asked me to bring Belle to meet her.

The maintenance man, who is a friend, came to work on the bathroom today and Belle just fell in love with him. He told me he is going to try to find a bigger cage for her. I hope he can!

I'm also going to try to get some of those melatonin and dramamine pills. I hope they have them at the feed and seed store. There are no pet shops near me.

I managed to get an appt. with the heart specialist on Jan. 5th. I explained to them that I am having trouble breathing. I did a little research, and no wonder my rhuemy insists I go to the heart Dr. I have to stay healthy for Belle. No one can love her like I can.

I called the rhuemy and asked if I could have a different pain med than the one the PCP won't allow me to take. The answer was a flat no.

All of you take good care of yourselves. Don't do too much, if you can help it. I love you all!

I imagine my life is going to change a lot when I see the Dr. He's a kind, good man. I didn't go back to him when I was supposed to because I was getting my teeth pulled and was embarrassed to go there without dentures. Vanity, Vanity!

I love Belle and now I have an incentive to live my life the best I can, within the parameters I've been given. I'll do what the Dr. tells me to do. If he finds nothing, it's on to a Pulmonologist. I can't breathe well even on a short walk. I'm left gasping for breath. We'll see!

Thank you for telling me where to find the Dramamine. I'll add that to my shopping list tomorrow. I have to go to the Gyne, get my hair cut, buy puppy pads, dog treats, Dramamine and dog melatonin. Oh, I might find some food for myself!

Jan, you can find melatonin in the OTC aisle for people. It comes in capsules. Check on-line to see what the dosage is for dogs. I buy the doggie ones because they are chewable BG thinks he's getting a treat when I give them to him. Got to say he's no dumby either. I started giving them to him because he is terrified of thunder storms. Smarty-farty that he is, he will come to me to beg for some melatonin when it is storming.

That's great news about Belle's paperwork!

((((( Friends ))))) I hope you all feel better very quickly. I'm so sad that you are hurting.

Well, I didn't get to go anywhere. One of the brake lines on the van burst. I'm so glad it happened in the parking lot rather than on the highway! My friend's husband said he'd fix it but he was a no show. It will be Sat. before I can get it fixed. I'm out of a few things, including some of my meds, but it will be all right.

My knee is going out again. I had to break down and take something for the pain. I am having trouble standing up, walking and sitting down. If I wasn't so mean these things wouldn't happen to me!

Would y'all please check out my posts in this thread? I'm flaring which means I get cranky very easily. PC would not allow what I really wanted to say in my second post.

Please tell me if you think I'm out of line in either of my posts. Frankly, most of the posters strike me as whiney crybabies who need to grow the F up! Yep, Liz is cranky tonight.

It helps if I include the URL for the thread. DUH! This link is to my first post. I already deleted the second one and have reported this one to ask that it be removed.

Liz, i don't see anything particularly out of line with your post. the other posters were just as 'flaring', if not more so. the whole thread was closed for good reason. Work is a touchy subject, and being a 'wage slave' is not good for anyone. feeling forced to spend your life in hard labor for very little reward is soul-crushing, add the constant pain, and it's no wonder you flare, physically and emotionally~

Thanks Gus. I know we aren't supposed to talk about other members, but one particular response to me ticked me off big time. There was a time in my life I would have ripped the person's head off. I'm trying to be a grown up about it and not blast them. I am glad they decided to close the thread. Frankly I hope they delete the whole thing.

I am with Gus I don't see anything wrong with what you posted. It's kinda like I said before some people on here have to tip toe and watch what they say while others can do no wrong. It's not fair and it's not right.

I have been over doing it trying to get things done for Christmas. And my sewing machine decided to go on strike right in the middle of a project.

I saw my rhemy on Friday and she is very concerned with my BP since my cardio doctor was in she went to talk to him because she believes I should be in the hospital and it's easier for a cardio doctor to get someone admitted verses a rhemy he said he had not seen me in a while and would not due it. So they went at it for a while. I told my rhemy that I had left 5 messages for my cadios PA and that the soonest appointment was over 3 months away. My appointment was on Monday. My rhemys nurse told my rhemy that the cardios nurse isn't very good about taking messages.

Saw the cardio doctor on Monday my feet and legs were so swollen I could not wear my tennis shoes I had to wear flip flop and they barley fit. Thy changed some of my meds increased others and I have to have an echo.

I have so much to do it's not funny but I will get it done.

Take care everyone

Hugs

Liz, there's not a thing wrong with your post. Please don't worry about it.

Cake, I hope they put you in the hospital. You need a full work up and you certainly aren't going to get any rest with your legs propped up at home.

I managed to go get my hair cut today and get some groceries. Belle apparently carried on barking the whole time I was gone but she didn't get into anything. I forgot the melatonin and other stuff for her! I just now thought of it. What a dolt!

Gus, what did you tell me to get for her? I'm so sorry. I wrote it down and so help me, I don't know what I did with it.

I'll just have to make a run to Rite Aid before Christmas to get her medicine. She's not welcome at my brother's house on Christmas Day or I'd take her with me. I don't know how many Christmases I have left with my brother, or I'd skip it for her sake.

I am not sleeping and I'm exhausted all the time. A psuedo-friend yelled at me for having Seasonal Affective Disorder. That's like yelling at me because I'm tall! I can't help it!

I dearly love each of you.

{{{{ Jan }}}} what i mentioned is Dramamine, it's for motion sickness in humans, but often puts people to sleep also,,, one pill is for a person about 100 lbs, so cut it or smash it and just give a little to litte Belle~

{{{{ Cake }}}} swollen legs and feet that size are a very bad sign, and well worth beating up a doc ~! please do not wake up dead anytime soon~

{{{{ Liz }}}} i remember having serious rage issues, they are not funny, and do not respond to 'wishing' or 'scolding'... how insensitive. i worked hard for years to calm mine down, meditating while listening to the Binaural Beats. (if you want to know more, i'd love to talk about it with you...)

{{{{ Kiya }}}} i hope you are sleeping every chance you get, let the dishes pile up, who cares~!

{{{{ Child }}}} i hope you are finding some sense of belonging and good information here at PC~!

and to anyone i missed~ may your thoughts be cheery and bright~!
