I had no idea Colorado grows peaches. I absolutely adore peaches. Thank you for both pics, Gus. They are wonderful!

I hope everyone is ok. I am struggling to sit up at the desk. I'll try to write more later. 'Love you all.

Jan when is your appointment? And if you have already had it how did it go?

Kiya I eat a lot of fruit for breakfast lunch and dinner. If it taste good and you can get it down then go for it. I hope you stay cool.

Gus you are a love for all of your pictures.

I do have some good news I saw the cardio doctor today and I saw the rhemy yesterday. Yesterday I got a shot in my hip joint and she upped my pred
But my BP wasn't that bad at her office.

Today I had to meet with my sons case manager at 9:00 am which is not a good time for me then came home and was on the phone with maytag for close to 2 hours then I had to run to the cardio doc so I was already for him to get on me about my BP but it was good can you believe that I can't. I am doing the happy dance

Now tomorrow they will be out to fix the washing machine and I don't have to leave the house for the rest of the week.

I sure hope Christina is ok and sorry if I missed anyone

Hugs to all

That looks so good.

My daughter's friends mom used to make them alphabet soup after school she stopped when she found them spelling out dirty words.

On another note the washing machine is fixed again. It just took 4 + hours on the phone with maytag to get it done.

I also asked permissing to start a lupus group here. Not sure how many will follow but who knows.

I can't wait for tomorrow. I have nothing planned and I do not have to go out at all. Plus I cleaned house while waiting for the repair man. I am so tired and I hurt really bad but I think I will try and get some swimming in.

Hope everyone is ok.

Sending positive vibes and hugs

Well the washing machine being fixed was short lived. When I walked into the garage and before I could even turn on the lights I could tell it was already flashing the error codes and it's been 1 1/2 hours since I got up and I can't get it to clear. I have already sent the company we purchased it from to give us a different model and a new machine. When the service company opens I will call them directly. This is ridiculous they just fixed it yesterday

Yay your back hope you had fun Liz

Well I got up this morning and the washing machine broke again

I emailed the company we purchased it from again and I called the repair company and told them they said they have maytag connections and they were going to do some calling I hope they come up with something I can't keep this up nor should I have to.

I hope Jan is ok

Hugs to everyone

I cried when I saw the flowers, Gus. Thank you so very much.

Cake, I hope you get a new washer.

Christina, are you all right? Much love to you.

I'm sorry I haven't checked in for a while. I've just been too sick to sit up at the desk. I've been spending all my time in the recliner basically. I'm ashamed to admit this, but my anxiety and panic are out of control. I'm in terrible pain with no pain meds. I have scheduled an appt. with my rhuemy on the 4th for a shot. I have a lot of pain in my shoulders, but I have shooting white hot pain going down my thigh. I can barely walk or move when it hits.

I leave here the 8th and will be seen at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th. I have no idea what will happen. I hope they keep me and get all this over with and done. I doubt that will happen, but I can hope. It's expensive to go there back and forth and it doesn't help the panic and colitis. It's 3 1/2 hours away.

I love you all.

I go back to work today. I might not be around as much as I have been during the week as a result. There are nights I'm too tired to even boot up the computer when I get home.
