I also have one that is supposed to also work on anxiety and depression... I've not used it in ages. Ought to pull it out... Thanks for the reminder.

Christina, I think you're a peach for helping your friend.

I'm here. My Friend is doing better we are going to wait til Friday to head back home. This will give her time to decide what she wants to bring and just build up more strength.

I had lunch with my daughter today and then went to see her Friend that does hair. My hair is much happier now..If I still lived here I would indeed have purple hair ! Lisa does amazing color along with cuts ! lol

My pain is pretty high to be honest, But I am working off adrenaline and sheer will power. I have things that must be done. I'm breaking up the drive home into 2 days , Hubby and I usually drive straight through 13-14 hours, But that I think will be too much on my friend and her adorable cat Charlie ....and me too I am sure LOL

Everyone be kind to yourself

I'm here. I'm so sick... My colitis is out of control. I'm very weak and the fibro is well... fibro. Yesterday I was too sick to sick at the desk. Maybe I'm all out of whack because I can't eat protein because of the teeth? I tried yogurt yesterday and even it made me sick. I tried a biscuit today and had to cut off the top and bottom so I could eat just the soft middle.

I sure hope Bubbles comes back. I'm worried about her, too.

Jan, I can't remember if I mentioned this before or not. The blender because my best friend a couple of years ago when I was going through dental hades. You can puree just about anything in a blender. That way there's no chewing involved.

Also soups are easy to eat and digest when having dental "stuff" done.

I'm here! For the first time in weeks I'm starting to feel human. Pain level is down to background noise. Energy level is picking up a bit. I'm reminding myself not to jump back into things like a madwoman.

The cold is almost gone. Had to see my PCP for a Pap test today and told her about the cold. She checked me over and agreed I'm almost recovered. Even said my chest sounded okay. I have asthma. It's really easy for a cold to set off my asthma.

I am a bit overwhelmed with the seemingly never ending list of things that I need to get down before I take my friend back to Tennessee with me. I think at some point I'm going to have to just drop the list and go with whatever we have packed in the car. Im heading home Friday morning, Im hoping we can get above of Atlanta the first day. Not sure how well she will be able to manage being in the car for long periods of time.

I am trying really hard to be good to myself.

Gentle hugs to everyone

Thank you for the good tip about the blender. I don't have one, but I'm going to ask my SIL if she has an extra one I can borrow. She has extras of about everything. Ensure is $8 a 6 pack, so I can't afford to drink those except for the three days after I get the teeth pulled.

Sorry my post didn't make too much sense yesterday. My blood sugar was way too low. Of course, my posts might not make too much sense on the best of days!

Saw a specialist today and figured I'd need a biopsy. @_@ she did remove the item of concern, but did not feel like it needed a biopsy. She does not believe it to be cancerous! That is great news!

I am so upset with my rhemy. I called to let them know I would be by today to pick up my prescription. I got a call back that said they can't do that anymore that I have to come in. Hmmm when I tried to make the appointment they told me they had nothing available for the 14th, 15th or 16th. So they gave me the 28th. Now all of a sudden they have appointments open. Are you kidding me. I told the nurse who knows me very well that I have not done my lab work nor my bone test because I usually do them the week before my appointment. She said don't worry she will call you with the results. Bull. Last time she sent me for a cat scan of my lungs they found a mass and a nodule and pulmonary fibrous . She did not tell me for 3 months and then they had to do all of these stat test. I asked hubby to stay home but he said he can't.

I hurt and I just want to sleep

Just a heads up that I'm not going to have internet access for a couple of days. Am staying at my mom's house for a couple days. No computer, not internet while I'm there. Didn't want anyone to be concerned if I wasn't around or responding to posts and PMs.

Do the rest of you have other auto-immune diseases to go along with the fibro? I have Sjogren's, Ulcerative Colitis, IBS, glaucoma and I'm developing skin rashes. I was just reading about Sjogren's and all these things seem to go together and I'm sure the fibro fits right in there.

It's scary. I know you'll understand.

I have lupus and I have Sjogrens and RA and fibro and pulmonary fibrous and a bunch of other stuff. When you have an AI you tend to have more then one. It's sad

I got into sleep last night and I am trying to get into the shower to go to the rhemys I thought I would get my labs done but they can wait.
