I don't want any violence...I am OLD now...I am hoping that we can be non-violent in the way we treat each other...

I’m hoping people can be non violent with words as well. Although that appears to be ... unlikely

It's important for those of us with this type of awareness to continue to plant seeds of non-violence, of love, of peace, of compassion in or relationships with ourselves and with others.

Little turtle, how is your depression and anxiety? My depression and anxiety are the same and I have very bad panic attacks all the time. But I have got used to them. Only I wished I could feel more happiness. My online bf is also helping me a lot like you said

I am also interested in omega-3 ....it is brain food ...I take some but not enough....and also I understand if you get too much omega-6 from certain foods you get inflammation in your body and maybe in your brain...I wish I knew more because I like to do things without taking these damn drugs...I cant get off my celexa...I have been taking it a very long time...

Interesting. PMC/PubMed does contain some older articles (and possibly some newer ones?) regarding tryptophan and its antidepressant effects or ability to potentiate antidepressants. I wish you success.

I hope, and pray you are able to do this. I am dangerously allergic to serotonin, and finding meds to help me is very difficult. I have found that even a small amount gives me problems like grinding my teeth, in able to keep still, in able to sleep, and several other problems. My system just can't take it. I guess I am ok with what my body normally produces, but I can't add to that, so I have to learn how to handle my major problems without the help of most psy meds.

I’m also very allergic to all the psych meds (mostly SSRI’s but others as well) I’ve tried except for benzos

Thanks little turtle for sharing

I need to talk about my very first panic attack...it was terrible..awful..i couldn't believe what was happening...and it really ruined my life...I never was the same person...always fearful of the return of that terrible time...now I cant believe what that can do to a person...
I would have taken anything to help the fear...it was valium for me
I wanted to share...because it helps me to tell what happened ...and maybe someone out there may be helped...to know we are not alone with this anxiety and depression..
