This was a pretty busy and eventful weekend. Went to a church that I had gone to that I had left there about six months ago. Some people greeted me and had recognized me from before. I was surprised because while I was going there, I felt like I was invisible to others. It was OK but not worth going back to again. Besides, I'm fixing to leave my area so it would be quite a drive for me to go there from my new place.

Took a two hour bike ride today. It was very hot outside. Seemed like there were not a lot of bike riders out there today. My sister called and it was the first time I had heard from her in a while. And then I went to my friend's house to help him out with a few things. Went to the pool area tonight and it was nice. I hadn't been there in a while because it had been closed for about a week.

Walked my dog today and did some yard work also. Yesterday attended a meetup and socialized some there and it was a nice sunny drive to a nearby town so pretty nice weekend.

Feel Okay today. Stayed pretty busy this morning. I have the rest of the day to relax and play games. I might sit outside in the sun today with my cat if it warms up some more. Going to enjoy some more coffee before lunch.

been feeling very ashamed of my life, especially at how little I've accomplished in such a long time.

looking at what I did today (sit on my chair, watch a kids thing on tv and eat bourbons like they are the last packet in the world), it really shows what my life amounts to

not much

I suppose the one consolation is the fact that I completed the new alexa game in just 3 atemps

one of those shoot em up games

how they work on alexa is... well, beyond me, but they've found away

Feeling bored and lonely. I just want to sleep. But if I do, I will feel bad.

I've got to get my bf into a nursing home, at least temporarily, because I'm losing my ability to cope. I'm overwhelmed (finally,) and I can't even pretend I'm doing a good job, at this point. I'm not. I'm not meeting all his physical needs, and I've become so irritable, I'm not even nice to him.

It's good that I know what I have to do. However, I am having a hard time summoning up the energy to move ahead with what comes next.

I'm not feeling real depressed. Mainly I just feel disgusted with everything.

Somehow I've got to get these arrangements for him made. I just want to give up.

Not busy at work today again. I have found out that the reason I'm not busy is because a lot of people are working from their homes instead of coming to the office. So that is hurting me with my job since I do deliveries of packages and mail. This has happened because there's been a severe parking problem. Recently I heard that the company is going to change that by requiring the people to come to the office to work.

One highlight of the day at work was that I had picked up a lizard that was in the restroom and took it outside.

Went bike riding after work and went to the pool area; and it was nice there. Now it would seem like a kick if the pool area is going to be nice up to the day I leave my complex.

yesterday I was told that we might get snow, but apon looking outside, their isn't any (it's just sunny)

I'm definitely disappointed, I was looking forward to going out their and building a snow hotel (which I did last year, it was fun!)

guess i'm okay emotionally, just sat here doing nothing again

Checking in. Not much to report. I sat in the sun most of the day enjoying the weather. Going to celebrate my brother’s birthday tonight.

I met with my new NP yesterday and really liked her. We’ll see.

Warm wishes and hugs to all.

I'm bored and tired. Only thing that seems interesting or feels good is sleep. I feel lonely and frustrated.

NP is a Nurse Practitioner. Among other things, they can prescribe medication under a doctor’s supervision.

I had a wonderful psychiatrist who was like a therapist/friend/psychiatrist rolled into one prescribe medication for 17 years and I had to quit seeing him abruptly because of an insurance issue. I was heartbroken. He recommended that I see his NP so he could still supervise my case and I really like her. I’m very grateful it turned out so well.

I feel like I'm stuck in mud.

I don't have the energy to work. I don't feel like participating in my hobbies. I don't want to go out with friends.

I have been trying to eat well and run more often, which makes me feel healthy, but I literally have no motivation to do anything.

I had big plans to go backpacking this summer and I can't even get myself to look at hikes. Things I normally do to cheer me up don't work anymore. I don't know what to do.
