An OK kind of day, being back to work after having three days off. It's been a while since I had it. In the afternoon I had some minor abdominal cramps. The cramps seem to be gone now. I worry about it.

Worked out after work and that's about it.

Made an appointment with my PCP after being away from treatment for too long. Made the mistake of putting others’ needs before my health. Feeling ashamed and useless today, but am hopeful about my appointment Thursday.

I woke up early by a few hours. I'm to anxious. Later today I hope to be inpaitent. And also know what is going on with my foot. And I'm up. Trying to distract myself from negative things. I hate this

I've tried to reach out to a few people from my past for a tiny bit of support and felt rejected (like I was bothering them). I have a teletherapy session coming up with my new online T. I doubt it will be too helpful though it might help me to talk things out.

I received communication from extended family who lives closer. My Grandma is struggling to make the decision to live or die. She doesn't want to be blind and she has heart, kidney and fluid issues. This morning I thought I had a new problem, but I can now smile.

Very busy today as usual for me on a Saturday. So far it's been a "feel good" kind of day. This morning, when I was at the laundry part of my place, a guy told me that he can act very irrational and he regrets it. He says it's because he's in so much pain with his back and legs. So that was nice to hear. Because one time a year ago I joined him in the Jacuzzi and he had a fit. It left me with my mouth opened. Since that happened a year ago, I had not felt comfortable seeing him.

Other than that, I'm feeling OK, but having some feelings of dread for next month. I have some minor events coming up that I'm dreading. Next Tuesday at work I'm supposed to have some kind of special software downloaded. I did it, but it doesn't make sense to me. So we'll see by next Tuesday. Also there are some doctor appointments (they should have happened a couple of months ago) and a decision on my banking to make.
