Dear @Rose76, we all know how much you loved him & always will. This is very sad. I hope you can find a way to put a peaceful feeling in your heart. You did such a wonderful job caring for him. I'm sure he felt very loved by you. And he wouldn't want you to be hurting. I think it's all right to feel like he's still there, in a different way. I wish I could give you a real hug.

Thank you. You are right about how he would want me to feel. I am glad to have been loved. I just have to get through the grieving. I know that acute grief doesn't have to last forever. People go on. I will too. I'm so tired and in need of sleep.

I've been in a really dark place lately. last couple of weeks. My days are blurring together. I don't really have the support from the sig. Othr.
I just wait for it to be close enough for bed time and I'm gone. I don't feel joy. I don't have the energy to do anything. I feel so numb.

An interesting day, to say the least... rioting and looting just a couple miles away, with gangs breaking into upscale stores at the downtown mall, smashing windows and leaving behind obscene graffiti. National Guard troops just arrived to (try to) keep the peace. While I knew there are protests nationwide, I didn't quite expect them to hit so close to home and be so violent.

Today went just like I had predicted. Today was the day that the new software at work took effect. Just like what I thought it would happen, the new software didn't work for me. So my computer was down from 10:15 and on. So I still have to get someone to help me tomorrow. This one guy I know offered to help, but he was too busy. I called a help-line and couldn't get anyone. Well the good news is that I'm not the only one who had that problem. It's nerve wracking not having the computer to work.

I feel so hopeless. I have no way of making my life any better. Physically it's possible but the sadness in me that makes it impossible to do things limits me. I'm going to die someday.

Depressed. I got another rejection again. I'm too depressed to start again. Feel like losing hopes.

I feel good. I am making changes to life, I know it won't be easy, but oh so worth the effort. I'm reminding myself of all the people I will help when I'm healthy!

I may get to the point where grad school is a reality. I put it on hold for three months, and I do want to get back to it, it's important for me to go back. Although I need to be healthy to go back.

I have the life experience, why not put those 15 years to good use!!

I'm not depressed, I'm not anxious. I'm inspired by what I have thought of today. It gives me hope. My mental illness does not have to exist if I don't let it stay. I choose what I do. I'm in charge.

The above gives me power for the first time in 15 years. And yet it was a 10 second decision. But one that I need to practice every day. I will win, and my reward is a new life that was changed and refined into a diamond!!

A much better day at work today than yesterday. It took a while to get my computer back and running again. I was with an IT guy and it seemed like he solved the problem in under 5 minutes. But it took so long because he kept on getting interrupted. So many were seeing and calling him. I got the computer finally running by 12:30.

I get the feeling that, whomever put that program together, may not have his or her job much longer. There were so many that had the problem like I had. I even heard that there were about 200 people backed up waiting to get someone on the help desk. Also some have said that they got someone when they waited for nine hours! And then it was not much help. CRAZY!

Yesterday, I got ticked off at my deceased boyfriend's kids. It escalated, and now I'm kind of depressed about it.

I got to snap out of that and pack. Tomorrow I fly on the plane bringing my bf's body back East. I think I'll be alright.
