I don't feel well. The weather is a bit milder today, but even with better conditions around me, I feel I need to take a break from the forum. To use CBT is very demanding. I need all the strenght I have to be able to consentreate on that program, so I need to focus on myself only for a period ...

Today was pretty good, relaxed some, napped some, did laundry, washed dishes, watched a movie, and vacuumed. Want to get outside to walk my dog, but didn’t.

I am a bit better, but not much. I have forgotten to use my coping tools. May be I needed that after much stress. I have used Net-flix to help me not focus on things that may make my situation feel worse. At least I have had my meals.

Somewhat of a busy day for me today. After breakfast, while doing dishes, I sprained myself in the mid-back section. It feels a bit sore when I move. It's happened before. I did a little workout, like I always do on Mondays. I was able to do it despite the pain.

Early in the afternoon an alarm went off in my head that, earlier this morning, I had accidentally thrown away a charging cord plug-in for my new cell phone. When I threw away a plug-in earlier this morning, I thought it came from my old phone that I don't need anymore. Fortunately I went to the store where I purchased my phone and was given a new plug-in. So that was good.

Today was not too bad. I got my car back from the repair shop. Cost me a lot, and still could use more work.

I have to keep pushing myself. To do anything is hard.

I was invited out and have had a good and extra ordinary day today.

I felt like I squandered the day today. I didn't do much and it seemed like it was too nice of a day to not do much. So that got me down and guilty.

Last night a neighbor of mine (a married woman) was taken to a hospital. The ambulance came to the apartment complex. I was going to go out to look but came across her husband and he told me about his wife. I don't know what her issue was. She once told me that she has emphysema, which can't be cured. It's too bad because I like her a lot. I haven't heard anything new about her today. I feel bad about that couple because they both have health issues.

I hope I'll feel better later on today.

I've just noticed a couple of spots on my skin that doesn't look right to me. I plan to call the Dermatologist tomorrow. I don't know when I will be seen. I have anxiety about this, but on the other hand, I could be over reacting which I always do. I have an appointment with my Primary Care Physician next week for a routine check up. I have anxiety about that, too.

Overall, I'm feeling blah. I have heavy feelings of doom and gloom and can't seem to cheer up.

Sometimes the weather can affect our moods It’s normal to feel nervous for doctors appointment.

So far the only highlight of the day was that I went to the drug store down the road and bought some items to take care of my teeth. These items are never sold in a regular supermarket. Nothing much lined up for tonight. Well, I don't do much at night anyways. I hope I will feel better when this heat spell ends. I just heard that there were some power outages near where I live because of the grids being overloaded. I'm fortunate that I don't need to turn on the A/C.

Feel tired today and not too enthusiatic about how to be able to return to my schedules. I will try to, as best I can, to make myself ready to start again tomorrow. I think the best is to only focus on a few things: Up early, physical and psychological exercises, repeating psychological tools and to have some fresh air ouside + regular meals of course.

I fulfilled a fairly difficult goal this morning, which will probably help lift my spirits a little bit. I guess I mainly need more sleep so I can appreciate my accomplishment(s)?

I'm glad to hear about you fulfilling a difficult goal. Whenever I have something I've got to and I think I can't do, then I would do it, and then it helps my depression a little bit. As far as sleeping, I tend to feel like I'm in the "dark clouds" when I don't get a good night's sleep, even while things are going well.
