I could go the thing that landed me back in hospital and no one would notice.
Or maybe people would notice. They just wouldn't care. Wouldn't matter
Nice people say I matter.
How? I don't. I have no good qualities.
Every time I open my stupid mouth it makes everyone worse or bothers people.
I don't do anything good.
I'm not smart.
I drag people who try to help me down.
I'm dragging people down with my stupid posts. I never get better. I get worse. I waste people's time.
Then I'll turn right around and pretend to be fine.

Wouldn't matter

Now I see why the terminate membership button isn't there anymore. Or maybe it's hiding.

Wouldn't matter Wouldn't matter Wouldn't matter Wouldn't matter

Just empty.
Sad. Useless. I want my nephew.
I could go away and the world wouldn't change.
Everyone around me would be better off. All I do is make the same stupid sad posts over again.

I once new a man griffe who went to detox 176 times.

Many times he thought the battle was over,,,that it made no difference,,why try,,no one cared, that he had nothing to offer. Somehow he found a way back each and every time...

He now regularly speaks at that detox and found later how much his determination helped so many who thought about giving up due to the shame of failing...they too kept coming back...because of him..

Every post you have made here will and has touched someone with a word,,a thought and a consideration that they were absent of until they saw your gift...

We all have value in anything given without expectation..even our tears..

Keep coming...we need you...

Lenny

You have been through a lot and for sure it is going to drag you down.

Smart, not smart.....look I'm the one with the corner on the market.....as a frog of little brain.

I'm on a family "vacation" pretending to be fine. Of course when I finally to get home all I've really done is returned to hell.

I can't help you. I don't know how.

Try and find just one thing and only one that makes you feel good about yourself. Hold on tight. repeat it over and over. Never let it go. Perhaps it will be your life line out of this place we call depression.

NO ONE WOULD NOTICE?! You've got to be kidding? I'm only one,& I sure would notice & I'll bet there are many more in PC like me! And believe me I really do care (when I see you on Chat or Dr. J's T session your name makes me smile with an "Oh Good!Griffe's on" You have a tremendous number of fantastic qualities, I guess you'll have to stay tuned to PC to find them all out - this may take a long while you've got many! I love chatting with you & listening to you helping others. You "stupid??", by helping others?? NO ID think so, ppl are certainly not "worse off?", & you "bother them?" YOU change moods, ppl.feel better,& sign off content and happier! And they know you'll be there again, I know I always hope so. Wouldn't matter Wouldn't matter Wouldn't matter

Most of the time, we are blinded by our pessimism and the painful things that has happened in our lives. And that kind of thinking builds up each time, and it wins over us. Sadly, it's reality. ;[

But I think you're a great person, Vince. We get these thoughts too, that we just fk up things no matter what. You know, a lot of people look forward to your posts here in on PC, like me. I guess it's time for you to give yourself a hug. Wouldn't matter

Hi Griffe, Holmes again. Remember to feel the good feelings too! Feel & accept the joy.The Love. The joy. The excitement. The pleasure. The satisfaction. The elation. The tenderness. The comfort. Let yourself feel the victory, the delight. Let yourself feel cared for. Let yourself feel respected, important, & special. They're positive, upbeat energetic feelings & you deserve them. We don't have to talk ourselves out of feeling good - not for one moment. If we feel it, it's ours for the mmoment. Own it. If it's Good, Enjoy it! Wouldn't matter

some of us have discovered that kindness works better than cruelty Griffe.. when someone is down, we try our hardest to say kind things to them because we have been treated kindly in our own healing process.. kindness heals, cruelty kills..
