I didn’t eat from 2 yesterday afternoon to 8 this morning. So I was pretty hungry. I went to Sonic and got a pretzel dog and a small cheese fries. Which was 630 calories. I also had a ginger ale earlier. I’m going to have 3 waffles for lunch/dinner to bring it up to 1200 calories for the day.

I didn't step on the scale today. I'm still eating low carb and I'm thinking about doing some yoga.

My scale isnt budging much but I know it tends to move in chunks for me. I worked out both days this weekend. Good hard rides on the stationary bike. Diet was so-so. Ate more carbs than I should have but still within reason to at least maintain. Back at it for the week.

I'm too afraid to step on the scale. I've been pushing it on carbs. I had rice yesterday. I was craving it. It's becoming tiresome to deprive myself of certain foods. And what makes it more difficult is working on quitting vaping. I've now been over 3 weeks no vaping at all.

I did low carb last summer and I lost a lot of weight from it but I got some type of flu from doing it. It made me really sick. It also gave me an uscheuleded period. I think I ate too much protein though.

Today for breakfast I’m going to have 3 Eggo pancakes, 2 Eggo waffles, then for lunch I’m going to have 5 bagel cream cheese bites, and then another 3 waffles for dinner. 1200 calories.

Have you tried nicotine replacement besides vaping? I found it extremely hard to quit cold turkey since its so close to smoking.

Gum helped me more than patches. I found that patches would peel off with certain movements and when I became sweaty. Plus with gum you're doing an action which releases nicotine. There's a bit of a routine other than peeling something off and sticking it on.

I dont know how long its been since I quit. It hasn't been a year yet and I stopped using the nicotine gum maybe a month or two months ago. I still get cravings when I watch TV shows where people are heavily smoking but now I manage it by chewing regular gum and I trick myself into calming down.

Yesterday I worked arms again, which was supposed to be my rest day. I'm learning more about bodybuilding and I'm opting for looks over actual strength so I'm opting for more reps/sets with lower weights. Got a good pump yesterday my biceps and triceps looked good and even my forearms and shoulders felt tight. Gonna keep at it for at least 3 weeks before I even think about increasing my weights (I lowered my weights by 10lbs)

Today ill walk my dog uphill 1.5 miles and around and down 1.5miles other than that ill actually try to rest unless I feel like doing some squats, pushups and situps as a secondary exercise

If I can find them I’m planning on having 2 hot dogs, 2 cups of Mac and cheese, and a waffle tomorrow. Still 1200 calories. I’m trying to switch it up a bit.

I'm at the same weight I've been for the past few days. I'm glad I'm maintaining. Hopefully soon I will see a drop. I'm 5 pounds from my first goal weight.

I ordered a McGriddle. I wasn't going to eat the breading, but once I opened the wrapping, I told myself a few carbs will be fine. Just eat vegetables for the remainder of the day. I don't know if it will work, but it sure was yummy!

I have felt awful all Monday and most of today too. Just couldn't get any energy together and feel unfocused and scattered. But today I managed to stay on my meal plan and I even got my act together for an hour long work out. Going to have some yogurt with fruit for a snack, hydrate, then go to bed. Feel better and like I'm back on track.

I had a Mountain Dew for breakfast and then a burger and fries for my second meal. About 1200 calories. I’m not losing weight though. In fact today I gained. I’m confusing my mom and frustrating myself. My weight has been around 173 for awhile. With how much I’ve been eating it should be going down a lot.

I walked up the stairs 20 flights today. I walked outside too. This so-called lock down has made m hibernate. However,by support from my online buddy, he told me to go out and exercise and enjoy the daylight when possible. I think tomorrow I will try to walk up 20 flight of stairs again and try to do this daily. I feel better when I exercise. I try to eat healthy too- low carbs, high protein, veggie juice. I don't eat any junk food except for gelatin or jello. I drink coffee daily too. I want to exercise for my health but losing weight and looking better does help too.

I've been careful about what I eat and I've been doing my PT exercises. I'm trying not to push too many diet changes right now. My main focus of change is my quit vaping.

I gained 1.5 pounds in 2 days from eating 1200 calories. I know I counted exactly. I have got to be getting my period. I cannot think of any medical condition where you eat less but gain weight. Even with stomach tumors I’m pretty sure you still lose weight. Idk but it’s frustrating as hell.
