I had a cherry Vanilla Coke, and 2 pieces of Eggo French toast for breakfast. Lunch was a piece of take and bake bread and an Amy’s cheese enchilada TV dinner. Dinner was another piece of bread and a can of Progresso chicken noodle soup. 1,240 calories total.

My weight is 178.4. My doctor wants me to weigh myself 3 times a week for the next 6 weeks. He put me on Wellbutrin yesterday for depression and you can lose a lot of weight with that.

I ended up weighing myself yesterday afternoon. I gained a pound. I guess I'm not doing well with my eating. Maybe too many calories. I've been snacking on fruit, veggies, yogurt and cereal. I don't think I'm drinking enough water. I'm not really sure what the problem is. Maybe I should try low carb.

I had a piece of bread for breakfast. I also had a cherry Pepsi. For lunch I had an Amy’s Mac and cheese TV dinner. For dinner I’m just going to have a couple pieces of Eggo French toast. 970 calories total. But whatever. What my therapist doesn’t know won’t hurt her.

Did the low carb thing and lost 3 pounds. I'm really happy about that. I didn't exercise today. I was too tired.

I'm cooking some low carb meals today. So far all I've had is an Atkins shake. I'll have meatloaf for lunch. Today I did my exercises.

I lost 2 more pounds. So 5 pounds since I started low carb. I'm keeping my carbs under 100. Today I've done my exercises. And I'm cooking another low carb meal.

One mile warmup jog. One mile track sprint @ 5:58. Three mile road run. I was sore and dragging so my buddy taps me on the shoulder and says, "Spartan, what is your profession?" AOOOO AOOOO AOOOO!

Two sets of 30 pushups. 200 suburi with heavy steel katana.

And the workout music helps.

I stepped on the scale this morning and I was up 3 pounds. I think it's water weight. My calories and carbs were low yesterday. But my sodium intake was high. I plan to drink plenty of fluids today. Hopefully I'll lost those 3 pounds quickly. Up and down, up and down... such a yo yo. It's hard dieting while trying to quit vaping.

I’m not sure what I’ll be eating today. I’ve really been into Eggo waffles lately. I’m out of the Eggo French toast, but I have regular, blueberry, and chocolate chip waffles.

I ended up drinking a large French Vanilla coffee, eating 2 blueberry Eggo waffles, 3 Eggo pancakes, and a pouch of lemon pepper tuna. I also added in the ginger ale I had, but that was at 1AM. I’m never sure when I should count stuff I’ve had at times like that.

Either way I’m pretty under for today. I might get another pouch of tuna or a string cheese.

I lost 4 pounds. It was like I figured... just water weight. I did good on keeping my carbs below 100. I kept my calories low too.

I only ate the tuna last night because my anxiety got high. I haven’t eaten anything else since. I’m going to go eat a couple waffles or my therapist is going to throw a fit. And I’m a terrible liar. Plus she’ll know I’m crabby because I haven’t eaten. She thinks I have an eating disorder because I took some test on her computer a few months ago and the results said something like it strongly suggested I had one or there was a possibility I had one or something like that.
