Ohhh boy...I don't even have time to insert the really cool smilies for this one.

BC left for Arkansas today...

I'm left all alone with the 4 kids, 3dogs, 1 cat, 1 rabbitt...

Gotta get them to & from school....the kidsnot the animals....I hope I don't get that backwards...

I gotta go to the other side of town each day to get the daughter of a friend of ours because mom can't drive right now because she's legally blind...

I gotta keep ballet, baseball & chess tournaments straight...

I gotta make sure I remember my meds...

I gotta make sure I remember the right dose...

BC made me a list 3 pages long typed...

I don't do so well with schedules or lists...

I'm as good with that stuff as I am at staying on the trails & not going off course in the woods...

I'm usually better at winging it...

I already screwed up the 1st one....

Woke up late...so Logan missed the bus...so I had to drive him to school...

Shoot, I gotta go...

darn, my shirts on backwards...

I'm hungry...

Ok...focus....take my ADD meds...

Ohhh look a squirrell

LK

This is not startig out well....I might as well burn the 1st page of BC's schedule

I got back from taking logan to school because I over

Then I had to wake twins up 2 hours early because our legally blind friend needed someone to take her daughter to school...which meant I had to count on my almost 14 year old to get herself out the door to her bus stop...simple enough right

I went up stairs threw the twins over my shoulder & ran them out to there car seats. Figured I would dress them for school after we got home.
They were whining they were hungry, so I grabbed a huge bag of Doritos..EXTRA CHEEZY & a Mountain Dew So they could eat breakfast in the van.

Picked up friends daughter & on the way to her school, Samantha calls & asks me WHERE HER SHOES ARE!!! ...I'M NOT THERE YOU ARE HOW THE HECK DO I KNOW....FIND THEM....CLICK

5 minutes later she calls back & says she still can't find one of her shoes & she MISSED HER BUS!!!...After I ever so sweetly said I'll be there to take her in a few minutes & hung up I dropped off our friends daughter & punched the gas....

Sure enough 3 blocks later I look in the mirror & what do I see???
BLUEBERRIES & CHERRIES...you've gotta be kidding me...

The officer comes up to the window & asks for my insurance & if I know why she pulled me over....I said yeah....You wanted an excuse to get my phone number. She didn't laugh*gulp*...So I explained my reason for going 55 in a 35 as she looked in the back & saw the twins in their Pajama's with bed head covered in dorito cheese sucking their Mountain Dews through a straw & she let me go with a warnig

I get home honk the horn for Samantha to come out & get in the car...
She get's in. I said you finally found your shoes huh?
She said no...I JUST PUT ON ANOTHER PAIR!!!!
WHAT?? Why the heck couldn't you think of that in time to catch the bus!!

I start to pull away & I here what sounds like a heard of dogs yelping...I look out the mirror & all three of my wife's Pomeraiians are running down the street after the van....apparently the garage door doesn't comprehend what it's suppose to do whe I push the button.

So the dogs jump in the car with me, Sam & the grimlins (twins).

I just got back home...the grimlins finished off the whole bag of Doritos
I walked into the bath room & SAMATHA'S SHOE THATSHE WAS MISSING IS ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER!

I now have one hour to get the twins ready for school...I gotta wash faces & comb their teeth & brush their hair....wait that doesn't sound right...anywho can't stress that now...

Now Lily keeps whining everything I grab her to wear doesn't match....SHE'S 4 for Goddess sake...The etire outfit is pink...The pants are light pink & the shirt is dark pink...IT's ALL PINK....HOW CAN PINK NOT GO WITH PINK!!!

I woder if their teacher will buy that I thought it was where dorito covered pajama's to school day
Thanks for this!

I gotta keep ballet, baseball & chess tournaments straight...

Not only gotta keep them straight....which one when.....but also which who where

BC made me a list 3 pages long typed...
I don't do so well with schedules or lists...

Was under the impression with my husband's ADD issues they just figured out at 55 that lists were exactly what he needed....couldn't function without them.....couldn't function with them either

darn, my shirts on backwards...
I'm hungry...
Ok...focus....take my ADD meds...

Are you sure it wasn't the other way around....take the meds (oops the dose????) hungry, shirts on backwards....I guess as long as it wasn't also inside out.....you're ok.

Ohhh look a squirrell
think you have enough to care for right now...lol don't think bunny needs a friend

Glad the second part of your morning went better than the first (I'm ducking that flying lost shoe right now....I can see it flying through my computerscreen as I type)

They were whining they were hungry, so I grabbed a huge bag of Doritos..EXTRA CHEEZY & a Mountain Dew So they could eat breakfast in the van.

My gosh....that sounds exactly like my breakfast, lunch, dinner. Nothing messier than those yellow cheesey fingers that get all over everything (no wonder my keyboard is so messed up)

Picked up friends daughter & on the way to her school, Samantha calls & asks me WHERE HER SHOES ARE!!! ...I'M NOT THERE YOU ARE HOW THE HECK DO I KNOW....FIND THEM....CLICK

Now that's a priceless answer almost wish I had a young daughter to use it on

The officer comes up to the window & asks for my insurance & if I know why she pulled me over....I said yeah....You wanted an excuse to get my phone number. She didn't laugh*gulp*...So I explained my reason for going 55 in a 35 as she looked in the back & saw the twins in their Pajama's with bed head covered in dorito cheese sucking their Mountain Dews through a straw & she let me go with a warnig

They all use the same line.....I like your response will have to try it sometime (usually I just keep my mouth shut to keep out of trouble & they let me go)...good thing she had more of a maternal sense of humor than her humor to your response......thank heavens for the gremlins......they earned their keep today.

I get home honk the horn for Samantha to come out & get in the car...
She get's in. I said you finally found your shoes huh?
She said no...I JUST PUT ON ANOTHER PAIR!!!!
WHAT?? Why the heck couldn't you think of that in time to catch the bus!!

It is funny how they can always think of the right thing to do after the fact.....bet the next time....you will go through the same thing

I start to pull away & I here what sounds like a heard of dogs yelping...I look out the mirror & all three of my wife's Pomeraiians are running down the street after the van....apparently the garage door doesn't comprehend what it's suppose to do whe I push the button.

I can just see those 3 little munchkins running after the van.....I always make sure mine are in the truck where ever I go. I had the same problem with my garage door....only it seems to happen in the evening when the sunlight is shining on the thing that senses something in the way.....of course, depending on how smart your 3 little pom munchkins are....they might have been standing in the right spot for it to sense them in the way & not close so they could have some exercise & the van ride they were really after.

I just got back home...the grimlins finished off the whole bag of Doritos

The whole bag between the 2...not bad really.....I can do it by myself without 1/2 trying.

I walked into the bath room & SAMATHA'S SHOE THATSHE WAS MISSING IS ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER!

Are you sure that was the missing shoe or was that the only one she was able to find???? & that was where it landed when she decided to go with the different pair??? just wondering?

I now have one hour to get the twins ready for school...I gotta wash faces & comb their teeth & brush their hair....wait that doesn't sound right...anywho can't stress that now...

Thinking that in an hour, you might just make it if you don't decide that you need to brush the face, comb the teeth & wash the hair....think the drying time with the hair might be pushing in on the hour??? Of course, with the doritoes all over everything I wouldn't doubt that the hair needs washed too.....but it will dust off a little

Haven't you learned by now that not all pinks match or go with each other.....one shade doesn't go with another I mean LK, any fashion specialist LK would know that....my goodness.

I woder if their teacher will buy that I thought it was where dorito covered pajama's to school day

I think at this point, I would definitely go with the dorito covered PJ look.....who knows, you might start a new fashion statement for the twins & it tasts good too even if it isn't in really good taste.

Just can't resist the posts of you & BC.....they are just too fun,
Eskie

Not only gotta keep them straight....which one when.....but also which who where

I can't help but think how funny it would be to drop Logan off for Ballet instead of Lily & Noah....Then Drop the twins off for Logan's chess tournament....So much for his 3rd in city ranking he keeps bragging about. That'll teach him to correct me on which direction is the right way to go in the woods.

Was under the impression with my husband's ADD issues they just figured out at 55 that lists were exactly what he needed....couldn't function without them.....couldn't function with them either

Yes I function better with lists.....I usually lose the list though.
As hard as it is to believe with the normal exterior I exude I can be a little eccentric about a few things...
For istance, I'm the only math major I know that doesn't keep my notes. Most of the others I know keep them in folders & file them away to revisit when needed...Me, after the problem or test is finished I crumple them up & throw them away.

Are you sure it wasn't the other way around....take the meds (oops the dose????) hungry, shirts on backwards....I guess as long as it wasn't also inside out.....you're ok.

I'm not sure of too much right now........BC I need you. I would make a horrible bachelor....I'm way too domesticated now

think you have enough to care for right now...lol don't think bunny needs a friend
Crap!!!! The rabbitt.....food, water, let out of cage for a few....thanks

My gosh....that sounds exactly like my breakfast, lunch, dinner. Nothing messier than those yellow cheesey fingers that get all over everything (no wonder my keyboard is so messed up)

My keybord is messy too. But this was Muffy's fault. She said something funny & didn't warn me so I blew Dr. Pepper all over my computer.

Dinner....maybe I'll try to make speggetti. The noodles are done if they stick to the ceiling when you throw them right?

Now that's a priceless answer almost wish I had a young daughter to use it on

You can borrow mine right now if you would like

They all use the same line.....I like your response will have to try it sometime (usually I just keep my mouth shut to keep out of trouble & they let me go)
Unfortunately along with ADD, PTSD, OCD & BP I also suffer from FMD (Foot in Mouth Disorder).

This went better than the last time I was pulled over...
I was working 2 1/2 shift (between)2nd & 3rd) in a small town about 45 minutes away. I would go through down town at 3 a.m. on my way home. Not a soul on the road, I got pulled over. I was having a bad night & wasn't in the mood for Barny Phife messing with me....I looked at my speed...I was only going 35. I got out of the car screaming, cursing, droping more F bombs than Sam Kennison...He then point to the speed limit & the sign said 20....oooopppsss.

He gave me a reckless driving ticket for going 15 mph over the speed limit & a ticket for no insurance....so $500 in fines.

In my town if you had proof of insurance at the time of your court appearance they would drop that charge. So I scrapped up enough cash for min. coverage.

This town didn't have that rule however. I showed them the insurance & she basically said...so. I then snapped & told her that the fine was excessive, obviously people do not have insurance because they don't want it, they can't afford it & apparently she just needed money for another fur coat...
She threatened to hit me with a contempt of court. I continued telling her if she did that what does she honestly thinks the odds will be that I could afford to keep the insurance I just purchased....The fines grew to $900.

A little rambling but this just triggered a memory from middle school when I was about 12 or 13. I was late to class & the teacher asked me why I was late....my answer...

Because i came in after the bell rang.

He threw a desk at me.

thank heavens for the gremlins......they earned their keep today.

Yip, their teacher can keep them for a few days.

It is funny how they can always think of the right thing to do after the fact.....bet the next time....you will go through the same thing

Yeah...& she will continue to roll her eyes at me everytime I speak to her.

I don't know how smart the Pom's are but we use to have a cat that could turn on the shower....Not cool in the middle of the night.

The whole bag between the 2...not bad really.....I can do it by myself without 1/2 trying.
Yeah but proportionally they are only about 30 lbs a piece

Are you sure that was the missing shoe or was that the only one she was able to find???? & that was where it landed when she decided to go with the different pair??? just wondering?

Yes, because the other one is stuck in the computer screen now

Thinking that in an hour, you might just make it if you don't decide that you need to brush the face, comb the teeth & wash the hair....think the drying time with the hair might be pushing in on the hour??? Of course, with the doritoes all over everything I wouldn't doubt that the hair needs washed too.....but it will dust off a little

Well I had them spiffy & shiny enough for school....I forgot to clean out their car seats though....so their bottoms were cheesy by the time we got to their school
Haven't you learned by now that not all pinks match or go with each other.....one shade doesn't go with another I mean LK, any fashion specialist LK would know that....my goodness.

Ohhh, silly me. How could I not know that. How could she be soo conserned with her cloths matching then put pink heart shaped sunglasses on & a purple chown shaped bucket upside down on her head.

I think at this point, I would definitely go with the dorito covered PJ look.....who knows, you might start a new fashion statement for the twins & it tasts good too even if it isn't in really good taste.

I should have let the Pom's lick them clean

Just can't resist the posts of you & BC.....they are just too fun,
Don't resist..PLEASE!! Especially the next few days...the only other communication Ihave with anyone over 5 ft tall does nothing but roll her eyes at me.

I can breath a little for about 45 minutes. Then I gotta pick up the twins. Then at 3:30 pick up our friends daughter & Logan at the same time from math lab (he's a tutor). They are on opposite sides of town...so I think I'll get our friend Lisa to get Logan.

BC, always says Lisa is my "wife in waiting" should something happen to her. She's convinced she'll go before me... That still strikes me as odd...who picks their spouses possible next spouse? She said it's because she doesn't trust me to pick someone that either wouldn't hurt me or be good for the kids...
She says "let's face it when it comes to picking wives your history is only 50/50"

I'm gonna take a 20 minute nap...
can somebody give me a wake up call at 1:40

This should be turned into a sitcom
(PS: I don't think chips and soda count as "a healthy part of this complete breakfast")

Maybe tomorrow I'll stick the dogs in the car seats & let the twins chase the car down the street....

Sitcom: That would be cool Make a little cash off of....well, I don't know exactly what it is I do....but yes that would be cool...

Breakfast....Yes, I know, I know...but trust me it's probably better than anything I cook....

I wonder if I can delete this tread before BC gets home

Or would that be like trying to put the spaggetti back in the box after it's cooked?

ALRIGHT ENOUGH!!!

Our friends daughter that we've been carting all over town to & from school for the past 2 weeks that I was suppose to pick up at 3:30 decided she wanted to stay at school until 4:30 & I could "just pick her up then"...GRRRR

(NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO)* Infinity

Logan has baseball practice & she's not my charge

I know her mom can't drive right now but her dad gets off work at 3:30 so there is no reason he can't do it & I don't care if he's pissed!!!

I'm off to practice.....*drags tail*

You HAVE to be one of the most entertaining to read on this site.
You are a kick in the pants. I so love reading your posts.

I know you'll do just fine with all of it. Like you've said youself, you know yourself best by just "winging it", (although, having a list handy to refer to for backup is comforting as well).

I know you're strong and will endure. I admire your sense of humor throughout all of this. Humor is essential.

Hang in there. You can do it!!

LK...

I think you're doing GREAT!!

Being thrust into the mommy role is never easy when the momma bear's away!!

Dorito's and Mountain Dew? WOW!!! I wish I had a dad like you!!

Just remember...there was once a Lion that traveled many miles to a distant city in search of his courage, only to find that he had had it all along!!

Hang in there!! You're doing fine!! I bet BC will get a big snarkle out of this when she reads it!!

I can't help it....I'm a Leo. I have to be noticed...

If you see me fall down you can

A.) lend me a helping hand to get up or
B.) Point & laugh at my clumbsyness
C.) Walk past me

A or B is fine but C hurts my inner child

You are a kick in the pants.
If i did it was an accident...you won't press charges right?
With my luck I get the same cop that pulled me over yesterday

I so love reading your posts.

aweesheucks stop it...*not really keep going*.
It's just me stumbling through the world

I know you'll do just fine with all of it.
Tomorrow is going to be the boom or bust day..*gulp*

Like you've said youself, you know yourself best by just "winging it", (although, having a list handy to refer to for backup is comforting as well).
Yippers....I make lists & notes & speeches & sometimes even take them with me...then I get frazzled & just ad lib.

I know you're strong and will endure.
"By the power of Greyskull"...sorry ambiens setting in, not sure why I said that....
Well I didn't actually say it...I typed it...
I admire your sense of humor throughout all of this.
When all else fails....laugh, smile & nod
You can do it!!
Everytime I see this sentence I think of the movie "Water Boy"

Yeah, I'm use to doing half of it...but this was a BAD week for this.
I have sooo much admiration for single parents....I don't know how you guys do it.

Dorito's and Mountain Dew? WOW!!! I wish I had a dad like you!!
I'm sure their teacher loved the sugar rush

Just remember...there was once a Lion that traveled many miles to a distant city in search of his courage, only to find that he had had it all along!!
"There's no place like home,There's no place like home"
Wow, I they were prophets....how did they see my future way back then

Hang in there!! You're doing fine!! I bet BC will get a big snarkle out of this when she reads it!!

I dunno... She's a capricorn...She'll even admit (I hope) that she always notices the mistakes first.
I have a feeling I should burn that rolled up newspaper to avoid a few nose bleeds...& cancel our subscription

O.k. starting tomorrow morning is the beginning of Armegeddon...& it will last for about 30 hrs. I don't know how this is going to play out but there's more than one way to skin a cat (I can't believe I just said that)

Here's BC's schedule for me tomorrow...

6:50 Wake up Logan & Samantha
7:10 Logan leaves for bus.
8:55 Sami leaves for bus (yes it takes her being up for 2 hours)
9:00 drop off friends daughter at high school
11:40 Drop Grimlins off at pre-school
2:00 Pick Grimlins up from pre-school
2:45 Pick Logan up
3:30 Pick friends daughter up from high school
3:55 Sami gets home.
5:00 dinner...I'm thinking pizza
7:00 Pick BC's sister up at a completely different school & make sure I sign her out with her softball coach.
7:45 Get Logan to his baseball game (this is going to be the 1st night game he ever played. BTW, his coached talked me into assisting with the team...so I found another job...that doesn't pay a freaking cent

10:00 Pick up my mother-in-laws 2 dogs from their house & get her sisters bag because she's staying with me the rest of time so BC's dad can GO FISHING!! You gotta be kidding me
So at this time I will now have 6 kids, 5 dogs, 1 cat & 1 bunny to keep track of.

10:30 Logan MUST shower. Also the grimlins which must take showers to & done before midnight or they multiply..

11:00 Logan must be in bed to get enough sleep for his City chess tournament Saturday mornig

Saturday:

7:30 a.m. Wake Logan up for breakfast (crap chips & Mountain Dew won't work here, he has to be mentally sharp)

8:30 a.m Get Logan to his chess tournament, which is convieniently right next door to the grimlins ballet class.

Then I'm stuck at the tournament potentially to 3:30 depending on how he does...

Did I mention he's ranked 3rd in the city

BC will be home around 5 pm...what does the last thing say!!
Please don't let the house be a disaster

This house already looks like the entire jungle has stampeeded through it

It's kinda wrong that I won't be as upset if he loses early to give us time to clean...the closer he comes to winning...the worse the house is going to look. He hates losing at chess more than any sport he plays.

I'm sorry BC, I'm trying but I think i'm gonna fail this last part miserably

If I'm going to make breakfast for him to be ready by 7:30 I got to get up at 6:30...unless...

DENNY's

I can not begin to guess how many miles I'm going to put on the minivan tomorrow...but I'll track it & let you guys know.

BC please don't yell at me when you first get home
