Ahh the new year bringswith it lovely things like the resetting of your annual deductible. I just had to reschedule my appointment with the new PDoc since I now have to pay since I have not met my deductible yet for 2013.
I KNOW...quitcher *****in cause at least you HAVE insurance! I feel you on that one, really I do!

After my work shift tonight, I have an appt for the most torturous event ever thought of in medical procedures for women. Thank goodness it is only once a year. Other mature women will know what I speak of

That's why I like animals more than people!

They don't judge, they see what's inside your heart and accept you for who you are.

It's great that you have two cats that decided to keep you!

Today is errand day. I have to go pick up an Rx and then do grocery shopping. I will be visiting 2 supermarkets in order to get the best deals. It's a lot of walking to go to the second one.

I over did it at the gym yesterday and am sore today. So, minimal weight lifting today - if any.

I need to make a decision about my career and to do some studying. I have been buying CD-ROM courses from Great Courses and have started - but not finished - two of them. I have to learn to finish what I have started!!

I am having difficulty motivating myself to do anything. I only manage to do a few easy things each day. In so many ways I have given up. I need to motivate myself but don't know how to do that very well.

Also, I noticed that my PTSD is getting worse. The thoughts circling in my head as I walk down the street are enough to constrict my heart and breath. They tighten up so much that sometimes I have to stop walking or whatever else I am doing. This will probably eventually kill me. Maybe that's a good thing - I am tired of suffering. I want to be at peace.

It seems that living life is going to take more self control than I am capable of. How do you control panic attacks? I get so nervous and scared that I am unable to speak in my self defense. Not that it would matter anyway because where ever I go people don't like me. I am no fun and too serious. I have always been that way and don't seem to be able to change. People say "chill out" but I don't know how to do that and, because I'm easy to bash, I am fearful of letting my guard down as people will pounce on me anyway.

I just do not understand this person I have had in my life for the past two years as a "friend". Its making me freaking crazy!
I can so relate I promise!! UGHHHHH Freaking annoying and aggrivating huh?!
