How do you REALLY feel today???

Mostly I feel alone and deserted. Having a meetup with my psych on tuesday. Had to abandon my studies on open uni since I'd get too much stressed about it. Faced my demons and cried. Don't feel that good to be honest.

Like if I don't sleep soon I am going to feel all subhuman again Saturday...not like I have anything to do so I can just sleep then. But insomnia still sucks.

Yeah that is an icky feeling.

I havn't drank enough coffee yet so i'm a bit depressed, hopefully it will kick in

I was feeling angry frustrated anxious irritable, then I ate something and I'm feeling saner.

Crummy. Every day is painful.

I feel like I've been run over by a truck. Staying up so late isn't something I should be making a habit again...

I 100% second your feeling and thought.

Can someone also please vacuum the fuzz from inside my head. Thank you.

I dunno if I like the term "floss". It always makes me think of the term "butt floss". And that's just plain wrong.

Bad. I asked new guy to please leave yesterday. We spent Fri night through Sat aft together. I asked him to please give me some space to think. And ponder. I dont want to overthink things, and if I hadnt been through everything I have been through, I might have glossed over it. But this situation...his situation is testing my boundaries of what I find safe and acceptable for me.

Will explain more in my " new guy" thread... although I already know what you will say. That is why I am very sad. And struggling internally. AND IT IS A NO BRAINER.

Pain level down to an 8 or so and time for med only slept from 5:30 am to 8:30 am...and PCA was here for 3 hours too...ugh. It's tough to need help and then be stressed from getting help!

Thanks to the humour of that last few postings of mental vacuums and flossing, I feel much better now.
