Aw Lola, I didn't mean to be unsympathetic. That's my Northeastern sarcasm, code for, "You are under so much strain, it's no wonder you have a headache!"

Headaches are awful. You're not really sick, but you're pretty much incapacitated when it comes to getting any work done. Maybe a hot beverage? Some white or green or decaf tea, if you have it? I find sipping something warm to be very soothing, and if you're congested (sometimes a source of headaches for me) it can help with that.

Work day's almost over.

There is no boundary in place, I am free to email as much as I want and he often encourages me to email when I am struggling as a way to process and get it out. I just feel like after all this time I should be doing better and thus cutting back on the emails.

Don't question the boundary , if you feel like its too much then talk to T about it. I email a bunch too, my T encourages it. He said he would tell me if it was too much and I check every once in awhile to see if we are on the same page. Who says you have to cut back? So you can only struggle x amount of times per day? I'm sure some days are worse then others, give yourself a break

T just called me so I can chat about this group I possibly found. She didn't have much input but I told her I would call her tomorrow after the group T calls me. He is calling either before 11:30 or after 6:30. How many of you have done group therapy before? I was in a DBT group before but that is not a "processing" group. This is an actual processing group -talking about all your stuff in front of people.
