A frozen hot chocolate sounds amazing. I know Serendipity has one, and now they have a location in D.C. I may have to try it out.

You may have just solved a hot cocoa-related problem for me... I bought this powder cocoa mix from the Whole Foods next to my workplace and... it's not very good. I can't quite tell what's not very good about it. It's not chocolatey enough, that's for sure, but there is something else... and now I think it's SALT. It may be time for a hot cocoa experiment...

Caffeine withdrawal can definitely cause headaches. I don't think they should last more then a few days though.

Yeah, sounds like the caffeine; I use to get those headaches when I'd get an urge to get "healthy". Takes about 2-3+ days to get over them. http://www.energyfiend.com/caffeine-...mptoms-top-ten

I had my DNA tested for caffeine metabolism (who know there's "slow" and "okay"?) and am a slow metabolizer. What that means is I should only have 1 cup or so a day or risk heart problems. http://www.energyfiend.com/caffeine-metablolism

Yes I wear glasses and stare at 2 computer monitors all day long in a dim lit room as I hate overhead lighting. I think I'm clenching my jaw on top of things. So I need, a coffee, 10 lamps and a mouth guard....you think they will know Im a little off?

Aw, granite, that's so sweet.

I'm on a search for just the right stuffy. Not for therapy, but for sleeping. I never realized how particular I am about them until I tried to find just the right one. My all-time favorite from childhood (a green elephant named Elphie) isn't good for hugging. The stuffed lamb (Lambie aka Ammy) from when my dad was a kid (it's about 80 years old) is too fragile to be hugged anymore.

I have a pillow pet my sister gave me and it's a great one to sleep with.

I wuv bearamy! lola, do you have the new specs yet? maybe they need getting used to. i'm at my new dr's, freezing and getting hungry and cranky but i'm still blind - ok crosseyed, same diff to me. but yeah the caffeeine change would do it too. t wore the grey hush puppy's again today but with a lite grey t today. I guess now we can tell the season change when he goes off the striped navy T. so predictable. but i'm one to talk.
ETA boy I was on a rant earlier about my crush - sorry I scared you wiki - he deserves it, you don't! men grumble grumble...
