Thank you for asking. It was not great. I am still having a lot of trouble getting things out. I think he finds me really confusing, which doesn't surprise me, because I confuse myself. There was something that was a major issue for me that came up right before I went in. I may start another thread about it. I don't want to take up too much space here. Ugh - I just wish I was better at communicating.

This is an actual processing group -talking about all your stuff in front of people.
I haven't, but I wish you look with this group. My guess is they can be quite helpful. Going to group is a goal of mine, but it's not going to happen anytime soon.

Good evening..

I am just getting home. I am not caught up all on the couch for today, but I wanted to say hi. I hope everyone is well and I will be back later after my kids are in bed.

hi healed...
trdle...sorry that you have difficulty communicating. I struggle with that as well.
Lola...lower the caffeine slowly. The pain is your body's way of saying "hey, wait a minute, something's wrong". They say that you shouldn't cut back more than a half a cup a day. So maybe do your usual energy drink times, but only drink half. After a week or two cut down to a quarter...and so on.

LC - have your tried black tea for caffeine? Quitting suddenly or reducing a lot suddenly jolts your body. It rebels.

Stopdog, I'm with you on this therapy thing. Sick of wasting time and money on some "process" that can neither be explained nor planned out. I want a flow chart, dammit. Or an outline. How about a proposal? Every book says something different, and none of these people can make up their minds about treatment. Who works like that?
Submit a business proposal to the review committee! I love it.

There is something I like about you CE.

When I did the residential program, I had a team of 10 MD's, PsyD's, Psych RN's, LICSW's, and Trauma specialists interview me, make a plan, and walk me thru. Everyone was on the same page. I left there with a bullet list of what to do next, and I was rock solid on it. Now that's service. To bad the place is a few hours away, or I would go there for treatment.

Dinner at Wiki's: Thai Coconut Corn soup, with homemade quinoa bread. Positively yummy. Even my little niece was saying, "wow Auntie, this tastes quite nice".

It seriously was...and the soup was easy. The bread took all day though. I found the bread recipe at The Iron You. It made me feel warm and fuzzy...for reals.

Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiki...I'm waiting for my vegan choice du jour.

Funny thing is, most likely, I'd eat it. H, however, would not!
