Seems like a rough day on the couch. Hot cocoas all around.

(Fair trade, of course. Dairy-free for Wiki.)

hey I just say my 20-yr crunch for the first time since my cerebral event, in the elevator. fortunately for me, another friemd got in at the 8th floor and she asked me some real questions - at least she knew how to ACT. at this stage in life, I don't think that's too much to ask. I think maybe people who insist they don't know how to ACT, have something they need to apologize to YOU for, and they're not doing it, and they are putting it all on you, cuz they think you are better and stronger somehow, and frankly, this is the only way to undermine you. hankster's words of wisdom for the day.

I think I found a group therapy situation to help between my session. The T says its a Gestalt process group. What does Gestalt mean? The T told me we can speak on the phone, so I replied to him asking him when we could speak. I also texted my T to see if she has time to talk to me, before I call this group T.

Gestalt therapy is an existential/experiential form of psychotherapy that emphasizes personal responsibility, and that focuses upon the individual's experience in the present moment, the therapist-client relationship, the environmental and social contexts of a person's life, and the self-regulating adjustments people make as a result of their overall situation.

Sally can I get some extra sugar in that cocoa please? Oh, how nice it would be to snuggle up in a blanket next to a fire, drinking sweet cocoa.... Just put a smile on my face and a warm feeling in my tummy.... Thanks

I'm all for the cocoa today. It is that sort of day. Sorry you are down Lola, but as usual you are rocking the awesome smilies.

Although I already know what Wiki would say, I am debating whether to order a pizza for lunch or eat my Fage yogurt. Hmmmm...definitely a toss up. I know what I want to choose- the fatty, calorie laden unhealthy option. It's a comfort food kind of day.

Whatever floats your boat! or floats your whipped cream or marshmallows .

It's a UK kind of day where I am, so I'm definitely jonesing for some cocoa. Very foggy and that wet-cold that just chills you to the bone.

(Went to England and Ireland for my honeymoon. Never thought I'd be investing in good rubber boots -- excuse me, Wellingtons -- and trudging through mud and intermittent rain on my honeymoon, but there you have it!)
Thanks for this!

Still waiting for my T to respond to my texts to see if we can talk for a few minutes. This group T's office assistant called me to make a time for this T to talk to me tomorrow. I told him before 11:30 or after 6:30 as its around my work hours tomorrow. I really want to be able to talk to my T before I talk to this group T.

How many times can I check my email to see if the person emailed me back about the exercise bike before it officially counts as an obsession?

Ha, that's right, I remember you're saying it's ridiculous down in Jersey. A much-loved local chocolate store up here sells a mean frozen hot cocoa -- so frozen hot cocoa for you

I think we can call the extra clicking a means of burning calories that you haven't been able to burn on your old bike. (The one you broke on craigslist )
