Good evening to the couchies.
So sorry that so many are having such a rough patch. Life is certainly a challenge at times.

It is freezing here...well for me it is. I know that Apt would most likely think it was a heat wave. Time for me to snuggle under a quilt and get cozy.

It's nice when we can have t's help with those sort of issues.
I am doing better. I am actually looking forward to my session and it's a week away. Last week I told t I no longer feel sick before each session and I thought she might start crying.

that is too cute. i told my T two weeks ago that i was glad she was back from vacation .you should have seen the smile on her face. so i emediately said dont tell anyone and she whispered that it wont leave the room and smiled again. that was the most i have ever let her know she mattered to me .

i am glad for now you are able to relax a bit about T. i never fool myself into thinking it will always be that way but it is nice when it is for a bit

A lovely hot day here. I've just got out of the pool.

That sounds much nicer than the weather here. We are below zero again for the night.

It was really hot here yesterday. A proper glorious summer day, despite my miserable mood. Today is overcast and blustery. It's relatively warm though.

Brr - I was outside for about 20 minutes waiting for a bus. It's about 14 here and they say it feels like 4. I am still shivering in the house. Usually I don't mind the cold. I don't even bring my jacket out until it's 30 or below, but this is too much. I am going to need the sun to do a better job tomorrow.

I do not. As much as I have trouble talking sometimes, sharing writing seems much worse to me. From what I gather, I am not with the majority on this. I could see sharing journal entries as being very helpful in t.

Sometimes I share with t what I've journaled about a session. I did last week. It was hard because I journaled about being angry at t for something rather inconsequential. But we talked about it and it was good for me.

The only stuff I write is stuff that I intend to share with T. I sort of write it for her (so it feels like I won't always be carrying all the awful stuff alone forever).
