BPA, sounds like time for an exterminator. Have you sprayed outside. They're probably coming in through your walls. I find weather changes, rain, etc. starts them moving around. Usually if we spray in the usual spots outside, they stop coming inside.
I sound like a sop but I only use barrier spray as I can't bring myself to kill anything. Even if I spray one of poisonous spiders I suffer terrible guilt even though I might end in hospital from a bite.

I went hiking out in the desert today, here's the bird who helped me get lost:
Couch 83: In a world where...

Here's another one, both pics are before I realized I was lost. Luckily I had my cell phone, and I found a road, so called hubby to come pick me up and drive me back to my car!

Oh AND I had to call T while I was lost too, because I was still lost when my appointment time arrived. Luckily I just call her anyway, so I just told her I was lost in the desert waiting for hubby, I would have just had my appointment sitting by the side of the road, but she said she didn't think it would be a good idea. So we just cancelled.

I kinda wanted to cancel today anyway. I wonder if that's why I got lost. Was it on purpose?! I don't know.

I made a roast beast supper. Beast, roast taters, broccoli, carrots, Yorkshire puddings, gravy, and cheese sauce. Yummy!

Relaxing now... Watching the hockey game and having some drinks.

I can see why people get addicted to pain meds. I'm floating approximately 3 feet off the bed right now, and while there is a vague feeling of "ouch" in my knee, I'm just too numb to care. Although the cotton mouth and feeling of not being in control are definite drawbacks!

Yeah I remember after my gall bladder surgery when I was on demerol, it was over 10 years ago and I still remember, I felt pain but I was floating so much I didn't care.

Now I'm poking my nose into threads I have no business in, stirring hornets nests or what have you. Thought the idea was to sleep, but my brain has different ideas.

I've been creatively bored at work. Spontaneously took a jewelry making/wirework class today. Fun! I need to get out more.

Me too, I did a random sculpture workshop yesterday and really enjoyed it.
Except when the tutor said I should add the legs.....I don't like being told what to do

I am still feeling like I am done with therapy. Getting lost in the desert for a time yesterday was just what I needed to "move forward". It's like, I found something important inside of myself, by finding my own way out to the road... something like, a knowing that I can "find my own way" in life in general. A sense of confidence in myself at a level that I've never felt before. I felt so free - when it was just me finding my way through the desert - it felt GOOD. I didn't panic, there was no freaking out or tears, I simply listened until I heard the road and then walked until I found it. For the first time in my life, me, just like I was, I honestly felt like "I AM ENOUGH". It was pretty amazing! Ya'all are gonna get sick of me talking about this. But it was a big thing for me.
Thanks for this!

Not going to get sick of you Artemis I'm finding your posts rather inspiring tbh. My own moving forward right now means relinquishing control, different but similar... I think I'm ready to do it...

What was that bird yesterday? She looked like a lady kingfisher with that beak and those tailfeathers.

It was a Curve-billed Thrasher, I think. They're everywhere here!

I'm waiting to get some pics of a roadrunner - seems like whenever I see one, I don't have my camera with me!

Seeing as we're on the subject, and to see if I can get this to work... These guys were hanging out in the library parking lot
