Hello couch! Just had "Elmo Loves You" read to me by my first-grader, helped the teen to her taxes online, did homework, worked, had PT this morning, and didn't fight anyone all day. This day makes up for the suckfest yesterday. Hope you all have a great night too!

Yeah you can design your own set online. My husband did one for me for Xmas 2013.

Healed have you tried a warm bath or warm milk drink. I like milk with brown sugar , cinnamon and nutmeg.

The milk with brown sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg.works well for me. However much sugar you use half that for the cinnamon and half again for the nutmeg. Actually i found1/8 teaspoon just the right amount of nutmeg, it seems to overpower otherwise.

A bike ride to get sleepy? That would do the opposite for me.

I know that feeling. It takes time for a heart to change direction.
