Hi all. *waves to art*

Feeling kind of down in the dumps today. Not sure if I'd consider it depression or just a normal feeling. I do have depression, I'm just not sure if this is why I'm feeling low. Can't get myself to work. The more I think about it I think it is my depression. I thought the not working was procrastination but maybe not.

I think that happens with any customer support service. I had the same problems with my old job. Customers want something and it looks like all will go well and then kaboom, something comes unto scuttle it. And I'm talking multi-million dollar projects for the government. IT and such are thankless jobs. So thank you for what you do.

No it was for Quiet Mind about the IT business. Got outside the queue again. That's what I get for having a slow thought process.
Thanks for this!

Hello couch! Took the morning off because I was tired, but now I'm cross-eyed from it, so I should have just come in.

Hope you're all having a happy Monday!

Huh, what happened butterfly?

I'm sooo tired. Had to explain a decision I made around a 100 times today. A friend said: "Demunie, you're gonna get some mental health issues if you go on like that" ...

How can people be so blind to what's going on in others?

A young lady once told me i couldnt go on as i was, getting all excited over work, that i would surely explode, like from high blood pressure. She was right, i burned out. That was near the end of my career. Somebody said they thought i was headed for a nervous breakdown near the beginning too though. Somehow i made it 30 years. With breaks! take care.
Thanks for this!

Issues with t, personal religious issues, and other things. Just feels like too much to deal with.

At least I know now that even in the event of a complete network failure, we can still use the old dedicated phone lines.

I've apologised to the bigshots. When I got home, I regretted trying to share because my father mocked me for being stupid. He always is quick to talk about how he would have done things and how I'm slow in the brain, don't think fast, don't use common sense.

I hope you're OK, Art. Crocus too. TrailRunner, are you OK?

I half wish I never joined govt. As lowly support staff, I've made mistakes costing thousands of taxpayer dollars. No amount of Sh eases how horrible I feel. I'm keenly aware of how my work indirectly impacts the services rendered to the public even though I'm just IT and rarely face irate people directly.

Help yourselves

Well, that was one very long and very sleepless night.

Pie for breakfast sounds like just the ticket.

Pdoc wants to switch me from zoloft to lamictal. Told me to think about it. How am I supposed to think about it? I don't know anything about them, can't she just tell me what we should do?

I haven't. I just spoke to pdoc again and it wouldn't be switching it'd be an addition to for a little while to try and stabilize myself. I'm going to start it tomorrow and we'll go from there.
