It's little me, wanting to be important to my mother!!!

Good insight!

oh who am i kidding. i will probably be happy when the time comes that i can go.

i am pathetic.

It would concern me if I felt like the woman was (trying to) talk me into making appointments if I did not want them.
Do you really not want to go in January? If not, could you call and cancel and make the next appt in Feb?

The thing is that what she said makes perfect sense cuz we're in the middle of some good work right now and she doesn't want us to lose that momentum, i think. She's so passionate about this depth work. It's not that i really don't want to go in january but more, i know i am not going to feel up to the deep stuff and at this point i don't wish to pay for light chatting type sessions. Ah. Methinks that is how i must say it to her. Thanks sd!

Though if you're under lots of stress for work, maybe it would help to have a session in there? She does half-hour sessions for you sometimes, right? Could you schedule one of those?

Kind of you to say. I am the absolute worst photographer - I was lucky to have gotten both of them in the picture - usually I take pictures with my finger covering half of it etc

One cannot imagine that Tim Horton's is not used to crowds of aunts and ants consuming sugary crumbs. Although the display window might be a bit rough on the aunts as opposed to the ants.

Hi couchies,

Frustrated. Why hasn't new t called to make a first appointment yet? It's probably on her 2017 agenda. But I wish she'd hurry it up. I fear I'm going to drive myself beyond nuts and end up a psych ward if I don't get some help soon. Grr! Roar! Stupid overworked therapists. Ugh! Okay, I'll shut up now.

I hate how strong my feelings about t are in the day or so after a session. Thankfully work is busy today so that's keeping me distracted but sitting here alone at lunch omg i want to talk to her so much about what i realized last night. The wanting will fade, i know this from experience, but at the moment omg i want to talk to her. Another reason why i need to take a break. This obsession after every session. Agh.

I managed to get this week off after all. Having the flu is the most fun I've had since . . . never mind. I feel guilty for leaving my unit understaffed and I'm sure I'd feel better if a truck would run me over. The little seems better for a few hours, then worse. Hopefully both of us get over it soon!

Here's an unhug for SD, I'm sorry for the loss of your pup.
