things went much smoother today at wally world

i did end up chewing my T out via text. not sure why i got so worked up about him not responding to me, well maybe it was because i left him a crying voicemail that went ignored. BUT i did survive the incident and the crying... so i dont know? does that mean its working? why is therapy so weird.

WTF?!? I just nearly jumped out of my skin 4 times in the last 10 minutes. Some idiot is already shooting off fireworks and the booms startle me. Poor neighborhood puppies. If my heart is racing from the idiots, I am sure the puppies' are too.

Add 3 more times. I hate holidays with fireworks.

I am too shooken up from the stupid explosions to think or do much else. Maybe I should take my lorazepam early. Though it hasn't been doing much lately.

Jumped out of my skin multiple times in Ts waiting room a few days ago. The window was making weird noises due to the heavy wind. The other woman looked at me with a: "WTF"-stare

I am a little paranoid now that the higher forces are trying to tell us all something.

I had a great day but can't stop thinking about things with BT.....i am having a super hard time dealing with the rejection and abandonment. And as always with Ts you know they probably aren't bothered by what they did at all and BT probably hasn't given me another thought since it happened

Note to self: This is NOT something to tell pdoc. I would really look crazy and probably get hospitalized.

ETA: I can definitely tell I am coming to the tail end of depot injection. The thoughts are getting unclear.

I hate fireworks. I'm glad my town doesn't do them for the 4th.

People always look for an excuse to blow stuff up. Holidays around here they start the Friday before and keep going for several days after, I guess until stores stop selling fireworks. I'm fed up with it, but we had a lot of rain yesterday, so hopefully my house won't catch fire!
