I love the kittens version of hide and seek. Sometimes they play it properly and one hides and the other seeks but usually they both hide then will almost instantaneuosly seek each other which then turns into kitty wrestling but mainly they both go and hide and after 45 seconds find a dust bunny to play with. Sometimes the dog will join in but he always hides in the bath behind the shower curtain. I photos on my phone i will see how technologicalyy challenged i am later and i might post them

I saw a recipe for pseudo lemon bars using lemon pie filling and angel food cake, just mix together and bake. I have some protein lemon pudding, some lemon yogurt, and some lemon juice - i might give it a try. Or i might just eat the lemon yogurt before it goes bad
Thanks for this!

Info managed two surprisingly in-tune emails in response to my crisis of yesterday and today. With actual punctuation.

I guess I’m going next week after all.

I understand the seduction of decent punctuation. Not from a therapist, but still. The woman caused me pain with her constant comma abuse

Info usually doesn’t get to the point of abusing commas, because she doesn’t use them.

Anyone have or had sciatica or something similar? I'm in pain and now doctor wants me to take diclofenac, which is much stronger than Advil.

That sounds familiar, but it's been several years and I can't really remember. I ended up getting steroid injections into my pelvis that were done under light sedation and with some sort of live x-ray thing so they could guide the needle. After 3 of those I was fine. I wish I could be more help, but I commiserate with your pain.
Thanks for this!

What keeps you going when you're struggling to find a reason to keep going? I have no children, no pets, no husband. My family is distant and although I love my parents they're quickly becoming not enough of a reason for me. Although I'm good at my job, or was before this depression hit me, I'm easily replaceable. I don't have any real friends. What keeps you going when you're at your lowest?

A job I enjoy. Things I still want to do in life.

Also I don't want to let the bastards win.

It doesn't make me happy but it keeps me alive.

The yogurt was amazing. Whole milk grass fed with maple syrup and lemon oil in the ingredients, along with like 5 yogurt cooties. I need to rethink my entire life!

Ha ha. Made me think of this song.

I used to enjoy my job and be interested in learning more, but all of that is gone now. My job used to be the one thing that kept me going. Not anymore.

Not sure if this is a possibility, but could you get a pet? I know when I was single and living alone, having my guinea pig helped me.

for me it is the guilt knowing i would hurt people. i wish i didn't feel this guilt, but it wins. my T tells me constantly that it would devastate them. no matter what, they will always wonder what they could do to help, and it will haunt them forever.

sometimes it is hard to care about that, but deep down i know she is right.
