That sounds vile.

I am tempted to track some down and try it though.

This is why the Brits are genetically racist and don't like foreigners. It's almost like you deliberately evoke our colonial actions by shouting your filthy attitudes and arrogance towards our yeast based products, which are rich in Thiamin and Riboflavin and make a delicious and nutritious snack at supper time.

Yeast ... I used to like that stuff

There has been a bit of an unwelcome odour around here lately, but I’m hyper vigilant etc.. a distinctive odour, like a bad smell in a personal space. :-(

Of course not.

One would have to start with hating that most British of all inventions -- curry.

Have you never had a potato scone? You must be a southerner! Actually, before I moved to Scotland I am not sure I had had one either. Veggie sausage, potato scone, brown sauce - the breakfast of kings.
Thanks for this!

I hail from the rightful home of the Cream Tea and the pasty, so have never come across potato scones here.

I like crumpets. And i earnestly believe i was left behind in a train station in a carrycase of the Queen and picked up by a band of marauders and traded for a pfennig to my parents.

Crumpets are pretty easy to make. It just takes a batter and some rings to pour it in.

I have American in Paris on right now - I like the music and the dancing but I am not a huge Gene Kelly fan.

I think that stuff smells worse than most natural odors.

I have not seen crumpets at my local costco. I am not all that keen on their bread products.

They did have ice cream mochi back in stock and I got some. I love those little things.
